- NRNovabilla RamosMay 10, 20261.0On this day, May 9, 2026, me and my kids went to Mcdonalds fort road branch. We ordered 2 Jr chicken with meal, 2 cheeseburger meal, and a happy meal at the kiosk. First, the machine was not dispensing receipt. We paid $34.13 It was a good and fast service, in fairness. But maybe because it wasnt busy during after lunch time (1:30pm) We took our order and went to eat at home. When I checked the bag, the happy meal was not there. I called the store and a guy answered me. I was so disappointed because instead of giving solution to my said concern, he even told me that its my responsibility to check what we have before living the store. We are actually, willing to go back and get what is missing coz my daughter was so sad that she didnt have her food. But, instead, he said, have a good day! What can i say?
