  What happened to this place? Used to be consistently what you expect from a McDonalds. Now somehow it’s far worse. Last few times the orders have been wrong. One time I waited in the drive thru and watched them help 3 cars in the other line before coming to me. I just got a warm (???) fountain Coke from them. The yogurt in the Happy Meal clearly hadn’t been refrigerated. Burgers and fries cold and stale. Don’t feel safe eating here anymore. Whatever changed, change it back!

  I’ve never seen a more pathetic place, imagine working at McDonald’s and you can’t do something as simple as making sure the fries are in the bag it’s pathetic, anybody who works here will never make it outside McDonald’s

  Usually I wouldn’t leave a review on a McDonald’s… but the manager on shift tonight needs to be addressed. I ordered 20 nuggets and the new Demon Hunter Shaker fries to try. I watched them put my fries in a bag on their counter and then they told me pull forward to wait for the nuggets. I have never waited so long before and I ended up going through the line again backwards thinking they forgot about me after 10 minutes. When I backed up they had just finished my order and I was super supportive and grateful at the window for their time. But then I went to eat my fries and they were ice cold. I NEVER go through again to fix mistakes but this day I did. I approached it super nicely and explained the situation to the window kid and they asked the manager and the manager flipped out and started screaming if I don’t have a receipt they won’t help me… while I’m holding out a FULL carton of fries… I just got here… the kid was STRESSED and told me manager says no. So I asked to speak to the manager lol. She looked at me with disgust and told me, there was no wait on my order and she’s not helping me. I told her the gentlemen handling my order knows how long I waited. He confirmed and grabbed me new fries. I apologies to him for her yelling at him and hoped she wasn’t too harsh to him for the rest of his shift. I thought McDonald’s held higher standards? What happened to managers being the pride role to be in? I hope for the staff there, that that lady gets proper leadership and customer service training.

  This is one pathetic McDonalds. Very bad with customer service. The food is cold fries are old and the manager is very rude. I dnt know the name of her. Its 7:47pm of 12th may 2026 and shes still wrking here. She is disrespectful and the employees are very unprofessional. I am Living here nearby and this is the closest mcdonalds to me but i am never coming back here if this is the way they treat their customers.

  As a young widow looking for a job driving had to go to bathroom stopped there just to use bathroom .Almost crying as I had to go that bad being told I would have to purchase something before using bathroom treated like a junkie tears in my eyes because I had to go to the washroom was NOT EXCEPTED FROM SOMEONE THE 2 JAMAICAN LADIES THAT WERE AT THE TILLS WAS VERY RUDE THE MANGER WAS A AWESOME LADY BUT THE 2 JAMAICAN LADIE
