  The lady gave me 50% off. The general manager...she was so good about the app not working and helped the customers out...that's services...you truly don't see that nowadays..thanks G.M

  The always get our food orders wrong, and they always park us. They simply park us so they can have a good time. Last week I got one burger and they parked us.

  The only reason I’m giving five stars is because of Elise. She runs circles around everybody else and she is so pleasant to deal with always smiling and joking around She’s the only reason I go here and when I walk in and she’s not there, I don’t like to stay because the service is horrible except for what she gives. It’s rare You don’t find customer service as good as what she gives!

  After I worked the evening shift, I decided to drop by McDonald's drive-thru to buy a Filet-O-Fish burger at the Riverbend branch. This was the first time the Filet-O-Fish was so dry, like rubber at the edges, and it tasted like old stock. I also noticed that the cheddar cheese was very small, almost like she only added half a slice. I don’t know if the young Chinese service crew member was new to the job. I have eaten Filet-O-Fish sandwiches for many years, and this is the first time I received a burger like this. I don’t know how she made my sandwich because it was past 12:30am, but I shouldn’t have received a sandwich I paid almost five dollars for that was not worth it. It felt like a waste of money because the fish burger was not fresh; it was hard, like rubber. It seemed as if she used a microwave on it because it was so dry, or I don’t know how she prepared my Filet-O-Fish sandwich. I will not buy again from the Riverbend McDonald’s, even though I am nearby, because the service crew doesn’t know how to make a proper fish burger. I hope the management trains their staff better, because they are selling food, but if they lack proper training and make mistakes, they will lose customers.

  This McDonald’s has officially run out of "second chances." Whether it’s a massive order or a single black coffee, they find a way to make it a mission. I’ve actually been asked to pull into a curbside spot to wait for just a plain coffee—which is impressive in all the wrong ways. The breaking point was my latest visit: I pre-ordered three Happy Meals on the app and checked into my stall, only for the app to tell me my food was "on its way" for an eternity. When I finally went inside to check, I was treated like a massive inconvenience. The staff member actually accused me of not knowing how to use the app, and when I showed her the "on the way" screen, she just got frustrated and yelled at a younger employee to deal with me. It’s always a mess inside, which isn't surprising considering there are usually more staff members outside smoking than there are behind the counter helping the ones struggling to keep up. 1 out of 5 cold black coffees.
