  I recently visited McDonald’s and had a very disappointing experience. I waited for around 10 minutes just to be acknowledged, and even after politely saying “excuse me” a few times, no one responded. I was told “just one minute” but no one came to take my order. There were a few other customers waiting behind me as well, and everyone seemed to be getting ignored. I’ve been to McDonald’s many times before, but this visit was not up to the usual standard at all. I understand it can get busy sometimes, but customers should still be acknowledged and served in a fair and timely manner. I hope the staff improves communication and service speed in the future.

  They charged for the medium fries but when I checked the it was small fries.. I wait almost 15 minutes for my order…. Zero Service… 👎🏻

  By far one of the worst maccies. Clear to me why I frequent the one on 109 instead. 1) the fries were fried in very old grease, they were stale, and hard in all the wrong places. 2) chicken was also done in this grease, so also old 3) fries were portioned way before my sandwhich was ready, I watched them sit for almost 10 minutes before getting them. Compounding the bad taste from the stale grease 4) they don't let you pour your own drinks at this one? So I got ice despite the fact that I didn't want it. But that didn't really matter because the syrup for the barqs needed to be changed about 50 drinks ago and I only took a few sips of the vaguely barqs flavoured liquid anyways. 5) despite being virtually empty, it took a lot longer than my usual one does even when it's packed. Idk I smell a management problem. Definitely will just go the few blocks down the road to the one on 84th and 109th instead.

  Worst mcdonalds in the city stopped in for a morning coffee and was the only vehicle in the drive thru, they had me wait for "just a second" for 5 minutes without taking my order before I left. I will never return here and will inform everyone to never go to this location. ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

  Way to long of a wait for a drive through it’s supposed to be fast. I suggest not going here they used to be good but it’s gone to trash. Waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes. When I pulled up, I still had 20 minutes to order breakfast, but by the time I got up there, they had nothing but instead of saying, they have nothing. They asked me to wait so that they can go and look. I asked them what is taking so long to go look for an item and she says hold on I again say to her if you don’t have an item, just let me know and I won’t order it. She then says oh we don’t have it, but it felt like had I not been asking she would’ve just let me sit there waiting for her reply as more people pass me in the drive-through terrible service. Highly recommend avoiding this one.
