Shout out to the guy working there this morning (around 3 am). He was so polite, communicated about the wait time, and made sure everything was fresh. I’d also like to shout out the Filipino woman working tonight - I always order from this location - and they are the one of the best crews this location has. Great job guys.

I just want to share how grateful I am for the McDonald’s morning team today around 11 a.m. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. They even took the time to give my baby a little tour inside and surprised us with free ice cream, which meant so much.
I also want to give a special thank-you to the crew manager who kindly opened the door for us while I was carrying so many things. That small gesture really made a big difference.
Thank you all for your excellent service and genuine kindness—it truly brightened our day!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Isabel made this experience stand out.
She brought real energy, used my name, and made everything feel personal, which you just don’t see at McDonald’s. It honestly felt like higher end service.
She clearly cares about what she does, and it shows. Management should recognize her because employees like this are rare.
I’ll be coming back because of her. Isabel is the goat, F LeBron
There was a tweaker in the eating area and he was losing his mind and the manager(chaun i might of butcherd the spelling)dealt with him quietly and then the cops came and picked him up very professionally handled
You gotta give these works a raise

I'm a regular at this McDonald's location, but this visit was honestly frustrating.
I ordered an egg and hash brown wrap with no egg.
While watching it being made, the employee added bacon, even though that's not part of the wrap.
Another staff member stepped in, but instead of making it properly from scratch, they reused the same hash brown from the incorrect wrap. That's not acceptable, and I had to ask them to remake it entirely.
The tea was just as disappointing. It tasted like there was no sugar at all. When we brought it up, the manager insisted there was sugar and remade it but it tasted exactly the same. Ended up throwing out the tea Either it wasn't stirred properly or the sugar dispenser isn't working correctly.
To make things worse, the wait time was 20 minutes for a simple order. 3 teas 1 coffee and 2 wraps.
Overall, really poor attention to detail, lack of quality control, and disappointing service. As a regular customer, I expected much better.
