  Ordered from Mcdonald’s last night. We Ordered 3 coke zeros with our burgers meals and received 3 root beers instead, all of the fries we received were half empty, and we received no sauces. We asked for a refund and got 8 dollars back out of our 50 dollar order. Horrible food and service. Genuinely shocked by how disappointing this was.

  I paid for my service with my card and strangely it said "error," so I switched payment machines because I knew my card wasn't the problem. Then I paid at another machine with a different card and it worked... when I got home I saw the charge on both cards... I don't know who to complain to, since only teenagers work there and I won't get anywhere with them.

  Today, Monday May 11 at 10:48 AM, I had such a wonderful experience at the McDonald’s inside Clairview Walmart thanks to an employee named Noel. From the moment I ordered, he was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I originally ordered a McGriddle, and he kindly explained that this location doesn’t carry them, so I got a sausage McMuffin instead. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped me decide between the new refreshers as well, confidently explaining the different options and flavours. What also really stood out to me was how attentive he was. He got my order correct the first time without even needing to ask me to repeat anything, which really shows how great of a listener he is and how much attention he pays to customers. The whole interaction felt so pleasant and welcoming. He had the brightest smile on his face and such a positive attitude — the kind of energy that genuinely makes someone’s day better. While I waited for my order, I noticed him also taking the time to clean and tidy the dining area, all while continuing to be friendly and attentive to customers. You can truly tell he’s a hardworking person with a naturally kind heart. Employees like Noel deserve recognition because that level of warmth and professionalism is rare these days. Thank you, Noel, for your kindness and positive demeanor. It’s the simple things in life that often go unnoticed, and I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge how much your attitude brightened my morning.

  Took my grandson to this McDonalds on Sunday, April 26, 2026 after some shopping in the Walmart. He ordered the quarter pounder meal on the stupid digital self order board, and I order one of the double patty meals. It took forever for the stupid board to take the order..slower than ever. We did not receive our order slip with the order number, so we had no idea what order was ours. We waited 17 minutes to get our order!!!! This is a FAST FOOD establishment and it took 17 minutes???? Then I get a text message from my daughter saying that my grandson has food poisoning. The only place we went to for a treat was this McDonalds and he gets food poisoning. Wow!!! I have no receipt to show our order which has the time it was ordered or the order itself. And what did they say when I called??? NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE!!! I want some kind of acknowledgement for this. If I have to go back there to lay a complaint in person, it will not be a quiet complain. Does anyone even read these reviews? I don't see any replies to anyone...no acknowledgement of any kind. No apologies, no refund offers, nothing. Seriously McDonalds....do you acknowledge your customers???? I will wait for you to reply to my review.
