  I’m honestly shocked by the service at this McDonald’s. I placed an order around 3:00 a.m. and the restaurant is literally only 10 minutes away from my place, yet it took over 3 hours with FOUR different Uber drivers showing up and leaving. At first I thought it was an Uber issue or drivers canceling for no reason, but eventually the last driver told me the real problem — the staff simply refused to make the milkshake I ordered, so nobody could pick up the order properly. If you’re not willing to prepare items that are listed on your menu, then stop accepting the orders instead of wasting customers’ time and drivers’ fuel. Keeping someone waiting from 3:00 a.m. until 6:30 a.m. for fast food is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. This is some of the worst late-night service I’ve ever experienced from McDonald’s.

  we went through the drive through around 11:42pm on a wednesday night, the line was empty and we only ordered a total of two items and waited 15 minutes and we got our food they did not include any of our sauces napkins or any of the right modifications on the food. we went back around and then waited another 10 minutes to get the sauce replaced and the correct order. the staff was super friendly though. overall not a great experience compared to the mcdonalds back in our hometown.

  20 minutes in the drive thru line after I ordered. Still have to sit and wait for hashbrowns. Hire canadian! This used to come with an apology and a free burger or something. Now they give you a dirty look for being upset. And...the egg is green yummy!
