  I have very bad experience with KFC heritage valley. The employee at the drive thru overcharge my order. I have a coupon for 4pcs chicken meal $13.99 & told the lady at the speaker but the south asian guy who taking a payment charged $3 more. He didn’t applied the discount. I have to go back again to this KFC and asking for refund. Then they did not give me full complete 4 pcs chicken meal as i missing a coleslaw!!! We will not going back to this KFC heritage valley, they overcharged & didn’t give us a complete order.

  We had a very disappointing experience at this KFC yesterday. We ordered a 4-piece Original Recipe meal through the drive-thru. When we reached the window, the employee immediately took payment and handed us the box without providing a receipt. After checking the order, my wife noticed there were only 2 pieces of chicken inside. We informed the employee, who simply took the box back and handed us another one with 4 pieces. However, she then asked us to tap our card again, which immediately made us realize something wasn’t right. Since we had not been given a receipt, we asked what we had been charged. She explained that she had charged us $9 for 2 pieces, and then another $9 for the additional 2 pieces. We had to point out that a 4-piece meal costs about $14, meaning we were being charged around $18 instead of $14. She seemed confused about the pricing until we explained it ourselves. We then requested that the incorrect charges be refunded and that we be charged the correct amount for the 4-piece order. She processed two separate $9 refunds, had us tap twice for those refunds, and then charged the correct $14. Even after all of this, she only gave us the refund receipts and never provided the receipt for the new $14 charge. As we drove away, she abruptly said “Thank you” in a noticeably rude tone, which left us feeling like she was annoyed simply because we asked to be charged the correct price. Mistakes happen, and we understand that. What made this experience disappointing was the lack of attention, the confusion with the billing, the failure to provide receipts, and the attitude we received while trying to correct an error that wasn’t ours. We visit this location fairly often, and it’s usually a good experience, which is why this stood out so much. The staff member appeared insufficiently trained, and the customer service was far below what we’ve come to expect. The extra $4 wasn’t the issue—it was the principle of being overcharged and then being treated as though we were inconveniencing the employee by asking for it to be corrected.

  I ordered two zinger burgers I asked them to make it fresh I wait 10 minutes, after 10 I got my order one of them was fresh the other one was not fresh I could clearly tell it was dry and cold . I did not wait 10 minutes to eat the old and dry burger. I am so disappointed

  Recently visited this store as this is close to my house. I chose dine in option while placing order, yet I was given food packed for take out. Literally microwaves chicken pieces. Chicken was not at all crispy as it should if prepped fresh. Will visit Popeyes next time.
