  To start with, the server mispronounced my name twice, despite being corrected once. Next, every single table was filthy, when we asked to have our table wiped she came with a wet rag and paper towel, no sanitizer. Though she wiped off a table for us she left the surrounding tables filthy with flies feasting on them. The floor hadn't been swept since they closed the night before, I'm sure and there was garbage at our feet that we had to kick out of the way. Can just imagine what their kitchen looks like. And the food- the chicken which was way too greasy was obviously cooked in dirty oil. I will not return and strongly recommend others to avoid this place. If I was asked to describe this place in a word, it would be disgraceful. No respect or appreciation for their customers or the hard earned money they spend.

  I was about to eat KFC after a while, and the food was served within 2 minutes and it was very oily also the size of the drumstick was so small.

  What an awful customer experience. My bar is pretty low for fast food but this was horrible enough for me to write a review. Firstly you walk in and there is not a single employee in sight. They are all behind a wall in the back separating the dining room from the kitchen, clearly focused on the drive through. We were the only customers in the restaurant and waited for an uncomfortable amount of time for someone to come out so we used the self serve kiosks. They are clunky, slow, confusing and just awful. I have used kiosks in other chains with no problem but these are terrible. Also when you complete your payment you have no idea if it was successful, no confirmation on screen, no printed receipt, no order number nothing. So I had to open my banking app to make sure the payment was successful. Then I proceeded to wait 10+ minutes for the food for my kids an I without any clue it was being worked on or how long it would be. The worker eventually came out with a bag and the order was incorrect and she went back to get the additional items. When we got everything we ordered and went back to the table we saw that inside the bag there were no napkins, dipping sauces for the popcorn chicken, ketchup for the fries. Nothing. I had to go back to the counter and yell excuse me hoping someone would hear me and she came back out looking annoyed and got the missing items for me. Once we started eating it didn't get much better. The food was poorly put together and the sandwich was dripping in sauce and was gross. I will not be back here ever. What an awful customer experience. I hated it.

  I had a generally good experience at KFC. The staff were polite and handled everything well, and the food tasted good. However, the portion size of the French fries felt small for the price. Cleanliness could also be improved, as the dining area wasn’t properly maintained. It was a bit noisy too, which affected the overall atmosphere. Overall, decent service and food, but there’s room for improvement in value and cleanliness.
