  Got a famous bowl, two famous sandwiches and a popcorn chicken go bucket from here yesterday and the food did not taste fresh at all. The corn and popcorn chicken was hard. My partner ate more than I did but didn’t finish it. My son ate the go bucket. My partner ended up feeling sick all evening afterwards. Then at 3am my son started throwing up everywhere. My partner started throwing up this morning. The kfc is the only thing we ate yesterday. We’ve had kfc from other locations and this did not happen.

  The food is standard KFC quality but staff is terrible ! I kindly ask why the food was taking so long (over 20 minutes with the restaurant being empty) and in a extremely rude manner I believe is a Filipino girl with coloured hair told me to wait and after 7 minutes waiting she was like “WE ARE BUSY” like I’m bothering her for asking ? After that she refused to get me my food and another extremely kind man came and gave it to me. Would never come to this location again.

  I placed my order for 6piece chicken, large fries and coleslaw. Order came with mashed potatoes. I told the lady at the counter the order was wrong. She proceeded to argue that it was my order but she would do me a favour and change it. Favour? She was rude and very condescending. I will not be returning there.

  Nice place, Father had some issues with the ordering system as they don't do it at the counter but Dinesh helped him out with it. Food was fresh, took a lil more time than expected but made fresh takes more time. Thanks Dinesh

  This outlet will not take walk ups to the counter anymore. You have to use the drive thru or the automated kiosk. When I tried to walk up and use a coupon the east Indian manager insisted he was going to teach me how to use the kiosk. I left. I will never go back there because there is no customer service principles any longer. These new franchise owners/ managers are ruining the fast food industry in this city because of their arrogance and lack of training in customer service.
