  This place is very fantastic and very nice 😊 as well as food is very delicious and fresh I suggest this place to visit for fresh food and good environment too 🤗

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a 14-piece chicken meal with sides through the drive-thru, and the cashier told me the wait time would be 15–20 minutes since the chicken still needed to be cooked. I agreed and parked my car. After waiting more than 30 minutes, the cashier came out laughing and told me I would need to wait another 11–15 minutes because the chicken had only just been started. This was very frustrating, as I had already waited longer than the original estimate. I decided to cancel my order and request a refund. When I went inside, no one assisted me right away—I had to approach another staff member myself just to get help. On top of that, the cashier who took my order asked if I wanted to know the name of the cook who didn’t start preparing the chicken earlier, which I found unprofessional and unnecessary. To make things worse, I paid using a debit card but was refunded in cash without explanation. Overall, the service was disorganized and unprofessional. Long wait times can happen, but clear communication and proper customer service make a big difference—and this experience had neither.

  Literally the worst. No chance of getting fresh food. No chance of getting it in a reasonable time. Whoever manages this place and is responsible for staffing is an absolute joke. I feel bad for the kids who have to work here. They have no chance.

  The chicken was fresh - it was worth the 15 minute wait. The fries were good today, unlike last week’s over crispy. The gravy was too thick - like pudding. The poo machine not working properly - the end of the 7Up was terrible. Pop always tastes moldy. Inside the tables were mostly dirty. We could do without the rap music. We will probably be back because - well- KFC.,

  Wearing:stay away customers!!!!l am confirming what other customer said about this restaurant.if I could give them a zero star I would , horrible customer service, long waiting time, food is just not the same at other location. I came to pick up a delivery for skip and they just decided to keep me waiting for 35 minutes while I am looking at them doing other orders that just came in . As a customer one day they served me chicken that was setting there for along time I mean there was not meat only skin . Horrible fries.it used to be a good place but since they have this stuff everything went down hill. I will drive extra and avoid this place for all cost. Stay away customers.
