  I haven't been to a KFC let alone this location in a couple of years. Completely disappointed. Shy of $25 for a three-piece. No crunch on any of the chicken all basically rubber. I think the 11 herbs and spices took the night off. No macaroni salad, coleslaw only. Poutine was all right after they corrected it from straight up fries. Lastly, not a fan of this new layout. No menu behind the counter, only at the right side doors. Of course, I came in from the left.

  No human cashiers, feels kind of dystopian. I placed an order for a bucket of chicken. Forgot to add gravy. Went through the machine to order again. Automatically adds a paper bag, no way to remove it. Makes no sense to get a second bag. This is creating more waste. At my expense. That I cant reject. The gravy fit inside the bag I got my meal in just fine. No need for another bag... We're heading down a slippery slope and its starting to look bleak. This is no longer convenient. Its just making others rich. Like the dumb mayor of Edmonton who put the price on paper bags to begin with...

  I was here for the Tuesday special. Service was slow. At the same time, the floor is very dirty and the drinks counter was a bit messy. Quality of food is good though.
