You come in person and order - it takes forever. You order online, arrive at the restaurant - just to see they are starting to prep your order. No thank you, this was the last time.

Ordered a 18 piece family bucket meal with 5 sides and the gravy was bland and had no flavor and the chicken was nasty didnt taste like regular kfc chicken after spending $70 for this mess can confirm I will never eat here again the chicken was soggy and didnt even have that KFC flavor. I called the store and spoke with the manager Mandy about it and she kept coming up with every excuse which shows that the place does not have proper management or quality standards. Very disappointed

Was not impressed when I had a coupon because it was was from another KFC and would not except it. Another couple came in same thing happen. They were not impressed either. If it's from the same franchise it should be accept. I might not get anything from KFC from now on.

I usually come to KFC during my lunch break, and I always have a good experience. The staff are very nice, friendly, and helpful. My order is usually prepared quickly, which is great when I’m on a short lunch break. Thank you for the great service! 😊

I always have a great experience at this 101ave location. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the food comes out burning hot and delicious every time. The team is super efficient and always hits the mark with friendly customer service. My go-to spot for a quick and satisfying meal!
