One bathroom is out of order, the unisex bathroom is incredibly dirty, sink, taps, and light switch. The toilet is leaking a lot. The sealant around the base has peeled off. The dining area tables were not cleaned except one. There is a fly problem in the dining area. The chicken is delicious as ever but was way too greasy.

So slow. If myself and 2 other guests need the worker in order to place what we want to order on the kiosk maybe the worker is better off with the screen facing them. Back to back to back issues may reveal a bigger problem

At first I'm hesitate to use the kiosk but seeing the lunch rush and staffs keep coming back and forth on the drive thru and handling orders to customer. I tried and guess what it is so easy, you can see picture of the menu and you can add drinks for $1.50 plus a gravy for $1.20 exclusively on kiosk. I guess trying it not that bad. Worth it!
