  Forcing people to use the kiosk instead of just taking our orders is sad. If i want to wait to speak to a person than it is my choice. You were hired to do a job and part of that job is taking people's orderes. You need to do better!!

  Great experience every time I come here. The staff were friendly and my order was ready quickly. The chicken was hot, crispy, and fresh, and everything was packaged well. The restaurant was clean, and the service made the visit even better. Definitely one of the better KFC locations in Edmonton. I’ll be coming back!

  I arrived to the store to pick up an Uber delivery, when I arrived , the staff told me that the cook is on break on Saturday night and someone else is going to doi it , thats crazy and unprofessional, I cant wait 20 minutes to pick up the order , you guys already delayed the order on the customer who paid a lot of money for that , if you are short of staff ,dont activate food delivery, dont be just greedy and hurts people , you have to be more professional while you are running a business
