  I came here around 3:00 a.m. on August 5 because I was really hungry and planned to buy two meals. Unfortunately, the customer service was terrible. The employee I dealt with was a Black man with yellow-dyed hair. I politely asked him how much the meals cost. Instead of answering, he handed me the receipt and said, “Read it yourself.” I explained that I didn’t have my reading glasses with me, and he replied, “That’s your problem.” His rude attitude completely ruined my night. I ended up leaving without buying anything. No customer should be treated this way, especially when asking a simple question respectfully. I won’t be returning unless customer service improves.

  Just a few hours ago, on the evening of July 30th, no, it was a little after 1 a.m. on July 31st, I used the drive-through. The attitude of the female employee was extremely poor. My suggestion is that management needs to train this female employee again. Thank you！

  I placed an order online, but 20 minutes later, my order still wasn't ready. It took another 35 minutes before I was served, and on top of that, the staff at this restaurant were really rude.

  Worst kfc that i ever visit . There are so many people working inside and they took more than 30 minutes to get a order . And also the place is very disgusting. Its fool of garbage. I dont think they haven’t cleaned the place for the whole day .
