  This KFC is the worst in the city. Over 10 missed calls. Ordering for takeout in the store is as uncomfortable as it gets with no welcoming atmosphere so we opted to just get kfc delivery. Unfortunately, this location takes in the orders as well and there is no option to get it from a different location. My place is only a 5 minute drive away as well. There is no need for the food to be taking more than an hour to get delivered and when trying to cancel the order it tells us to contact customer support which is the number for this location, and they never answer their calls. Mind you, this location isn’t reported to be busy during this time. The management for this location needs to get it together.

  Ordered from here tonight. Ordered two apple juices, got an orange juice and apple juice. Ordered two gravys, got corn instead. I'm also an Uber Eats courier, and this location is notorious for being slow, uncooperative, and I've received reduced tips despite it not being my doing.

  My total came up to $41 and I only ordered 10 hot wings and 1 small gravy??? The math ain’t mathing! Take your night staff back to elementary school because ya’ll are absurd to think I wouldn’t notice the massive upcharge! why are you trying to SCAM customers thinking you wouldn’t get caught??? do better.

  Workers tried to rip us off and pocket money in their pocket. There was a 10 hot wings for $10 deal and I got an individual and in total $14.11. Worker at the window try to say they don’t have that deal and tried to charge me $41.11. Bunch of scammers. I complained and good thing I had my money in my savings account , how many people have been overcharged. I use the app and order to get good deals and they try not to honour them. 10 wings and an individual gravy does not cost $41.11. Will not be going there again. Make sure you don’t have more than the amount you were told or have on the app they will try to scam and pocket it. Geez this world. I’m gonna call the manager in the morning. This is not ok.

  Ordering through bullet proof glass was hard to explain to my kids. My order was missing items ( a whole family size fries was missing) and the popcorn chicken was cold. We were home within 15 minutes and started eating so it should have still been warm as the other chicken and gravey were.
