  Food was slow to come out, but 8/10 times I come here it’s good. But the service was so incredibly slow. My friend and I ordered at 12:51, his didn’t come out till 1:10 while mine came out closer to 1 so it was awkward. When we ordered we weren’t spoken to for minimally 5 minutes while the manager sat at her desk doing work. Yes I understand she has tasks but read the room and see how busy it is and that the staff (very few of them) need her help. Another member had been waiting since 12:41 and got theirs around 12:10 as well… they need to do better, hire more staff and employ more people at a time

  This KFC location doesn't pay attention to customer orders. I ordered extra crispy chicken online and was given regular chicken. The receipt clearly says extra crispy, yet it's ignored. I had to drive back and return the order and wait 30 minutes for the proper order. Meanwhile the rest of my order is getting cold! Attention to detail needs a lot of work. It's a waste of time and gas having to go to this location twice to get the correct order.

  Ordered just a 2 for 12.99 meal waited 40 mins I was only given 4 chicken one popcorn and one fries I told them the meal was not complete I was given everything on a tray when it was take out. So many peoples orders were incomplete .horrible service and workers so disorganized . Won’t go back there again . Food was cold by time we got it . Disgusting service and food

  Ask for a refund at drive thru window as they got my order wrong. One of the employees handed me the receipt, told me park up front and come into the store and wait till the manager was done there break even though having been in the drive thru for over 30 plus minutes waiting to order/get to the window. This definitely tops one of the worst experience from fast food restaurants. The manager should be fired because obviously they don’t care about their customers. Stay far away from this location as the service is extremely slow and they overcharge you for something you didn’t get!

  Its actually a travesty what's happened to KFC since the HALAL takeover. The chicken used to be nice and crispy now its soaked in grease and absolutely disgusting. All their sides are terrible and whoever thought onion rings is something KFC needed should be fired. Take your business to Mary Browns. Its 10x better than this dump.
