  Less than pleased that they force you to use the kiosks unless you're paying with cash. What if I don't want to use a kiosk? Napkins, forks, straws, everything you should be able to help yourself to is behind the counter. I don't come around often, but this time will be the last.

  DO NOT go to this location!!! It asked me on the review how long for a table but we took out. I have ordered from home for take out (10min drive) Made 2 stops and 30min later the order wasnt ready! When I ordered the bucket there were no wings. The time before this I ordered at the kiosk as the coupon stated to do and then it didnt even apply the coupon. The manager/supervisor couldn't refund or start over because the refund was not going back on my card and then wanted to take a more complicated route of taking certain items off and while leaving others on lol. I told her no im not complicating things more. This time I ordered again from the kiosk for takeout. It took my payment but got a notification that the order wasnt sent to the kitchen so went to the front and she was going to charge me again telling me the other transaction will just automatically be returned. Doesn't make sense with no other transaction to return it back to my card. I told her Im not paying again so she finally ended up going to the kiosk and gecking and sure enough I was charged they just didnt get a print out. Every time I come here its a long wait, nobody knows what the hell they are doing or something goes seriously wrong!!!!!

  Came in with family, not one table was cleaned. Had to ask someone to clean a table. They came out and cleaned ours and until i said what about all the other tables they sent someone out finally. So unsanitary

  Kiosks only, not all of them working. No cashiers available; they won’t take you even if things not working. The restaurant itself was dirty. Had to wipe down our own table and booth. They’ve phased out so many staff there’s no one to maintain it. Stay away.

  I ordered 20 minutes ago still haven’t got the food and they tell me 15 minutes in they need to change my order because they don’t have the right chicken made.
