  This is the worst location I've ever visited. They don't even deserve one star. The customer service was soooo bad, and the restaurant was dirty. The washroom was absolutely disgusting—it looked more like a barn than a restroom. When I went in to wash my hands, a homeless woman was using the washroom to clean herself, with her bags and belongings scattered all over the floor. She left the washroom in a terrible mess. The overall experience was so unpleasant that I couldn't even bring myself to eat my meal.On top of that,we didn't get the right amount of chicken which we ordered,no forks,no ketchup,no napkins on the tray.You have to ask for everything.

  Ordered 10 piece bucket cheap mothers put all brown chicken mostly drumsticks and 1 white piece DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION just as most of their reviews say STAY AWAY

  Came and waited for almost 45 mins at 8 pm and in the process of waiting the ran out of beef and couldn’t make my food. And gave me a full refund and didn’t ask if I wanted a partial refund since some of my food didn’t have beef in it.

  Horrible service. Severely understaffed and the staff they have has no sense of urgency. F bombs and jokes flying behind the counter. Parts of our order missing. Some items aren't made correctly. We waited over 30 minutes for food that wasn't worth the wait. No lids, no utensils . Not one clean table. Definitely choosing a different location next time.

  I tried using a coupon and was told I was not allowed, so I ordered my food regularly. They said it would be 4 minutes for the onion rings, it took more than 20 and they were very burnt. On top of this, there were fries all over the floor, a woman asleep on the table to my right picking her barefoot toes, no communication whatsoever from the staff. Ridiculously unclean, messy, and unprofessional. Is this really what the food service industry has come to? Arguably, this is easily the worst KFC in the entirety of the city.
