  Went here a couple times to get to the zinger box meal for some reason the other day when I ordered one they rushed it because there was a lot of people and I guess they had a lot of orders. Keep in mind. I’m not in a rush. I’m patient. I don’t mind some good cooking meal but the way they gave me the sandwich. It was undercooked. It was gross and I’m honestly never gonna go eat here again cause I felt sick all night and the sandwich was the meat wasn’t cooked. It was like jelly instead of just ripping off how it usually does check your sandwich especially when there’s a rush because they just rush it out and it’s sometimes not cooked. It’s missing stuff so wasted my time money and my health. So I will never be going to a KFC restaurant again

  I ordered a meal deal from this KFC store today. The food quality was extremely poor—the chicken tasted old, was overly oily, and had a slight unpleasant smell. Since I was starving, I ended up eating it without lodging an immediate complaint. However, within 10 to 20 minutes, I became very sick and developed severe stomach pain. This is completely unacceptable

  I recently visited KFC in Edmonton and had a good overall experience. The chicken was hot, crispy, and freshly prepared, with the classic seasoning that KFC is known for. The fries and sides were served fresh, and my order was accurate. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient, even during a busy period. The wait time was reasonable, and the food quality was better than expected. While the dining area could have been a bit cleaner during peak hours, it didn't take away from the overall experience. If you're looking for a quick fried chicken meal in Edmonton, this KFC is a solid choice and worth a visit. Overall, I'd recommend it for good food, friendly service, and consistent quality.

  First of all you can't take an order here with a person you have to punch it into a computer while they stand there and stare at you. You can't pay cash they can't even change $100 bill even though they're a multimillion-dollar company. Horrible service and the food isn't that great either. Also garbage all over the place making this place look like an absolute pigsty. They take no pride in customer service whatsoever. You can see from the pictures this place is disgustingly dirty. Never going there again and I don't recommend it for anybody else either. Stay away or go to the garbage dump for food instead 😝
