  Great experience at KFC! The food was fresh and delicious, Austin and Yda provided friendly, excellent service. Definitely coming back! ❤️❤️❤️

  We went to grab 2 combos, and there were some kids inside LICKING AND DRINKING DIRECTLY FROM THE SODA FOUNTAINS with their mouths. The parent didn't seem to care. The staff either didn't see it or didn't care. So when my order came and I was given the cups for the fountain, I informed them that the children had their mouths on the fountains nozzles and what they were doing. I also told them due to this, I did not want a fountain drink (cause that's absolutely disgusting) , and would prefer a bottle or if they could use their fountain at the back. They said no. The drink from the bottle is extra and I would have to pay extra. They looked at me as if I had five heads when I said I wasn't getting a fountain drink. The person I was with took a drink from the nozzle the kid didn't use but it wasn't the flavour they wanted... Because the kid slobbered all over the rest. Yes. Despite a sanitation complaint, they allowed a customer to go use the fountain, they also didn't even offer to refund the drink I wasn't getting, they didn't have the courtesy to offer a bottle without asking for extra money, nor did they have the decency or common sense to clean or sanitize the fountains either so that we and other customers could safely get drinks either. They just let me leave without a drink. Because obviously I'm not going to drink after a kid slobbered all over the fountains??? The parent of those kids was disappointing, but the employees of this establishment are not only clueless about customer service, they are also clueless about the importance of sanitation. If someone tells you something unsanitary happened, the customer shouldn't also have to advise you to go sanitize it. This is how people get sick and get infections. Anyway.... Scarred for life now and forever scared of fountain drinks.

  ​I had a fantastic experience visiting this KFC location in Mill Woods! The store was clean and well-maintained, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff members, Yda and Sarah, were absolute standouts—they were incredibly helpful, polite, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my visit. It’s rare to see such wonderful and attentive service these days. Shoutout to Yda and Sarah for making my visit so pleasant. Will definitely be coming back!
