  They ignored us when they clearly saw us needing service. Not helpful at all even when we were the only customers. Never come back again.👳🏾‍♂️

  I wish I can give 0 to ekampreet the one she is working in Keswick . She doesn't know how to give the customer services. She is worst dealing with customer . I wish give her more low ranking. I don't know why they didn't hire the proper management . I was trying give her order then she is said I want drama . Are you serious I am paying for my food . I have full right to choose my food . I wish someone give her proper customer service training

  Avoid this KFC! They have horrible customer service. The attendant refused to give us more napkins and we were with our 5 years old child.

  I regularly visit this KFC, and the girl working evening there is always incredibly sweet and welcoming. She always serves customers with a big smile and a positive attitude. Today, I was in a hurry and asked if I could get my order within 10 minutes, and she made sure it was ready on time. She was very understanding, helpful, and professional. It’s employees like her who make customers want to come back. Thank you for the excellent service!
