The chicken pieces are smaller greaser minimal coating and mostly the cheaper cuts. I don’t recognize the staff anymore. ? Different Ownership now? Better get back to your initial quality

I accidentally placed a pickup order for the wrong store and was really stressed about how to get a refund since I couldn’t find a customer service number online. Bharti was an absolute lifesaver—she went out of her way to call her colleagues and figure out the refund process for me. I know it’s not technically her job to fix my mistake, but her willingness to help was amazing. Best service I’ve ever had at a KFC. Thank you so much, Bharti!
