Probably one of the worst places im the city ive had kfc at. I showed up 5 minutes after they opened. I specifically asked for chicken that wasnt greasy. If they could try to find a couple decent pieces. The lady who was very kind, told me that they just took a fresh batch out and none of them should be greasy. When I received my order ( 4 piece box meal ) the entire box was just soaked in grease. Tried to get through a thigh and a leg , and could barely eat it. Ended up throwing the rest out. Was absolutely terrible. Not saying the staff wasnt friendly. But the food was absolutely gross . Won't be going back there any time soon .

I visited the restaurant with my kids, and I had such a wonderful experience, especially because of the exceptional service from Simmi at the front. She greeted us with a genuine smile and was an absolute pleasure to meet. A warm and friendly greeting like that really stands out, especially in a QSR environment. What impressed me the most was her empathetic and thoughtful attitude. I was there with my 3-year-old, who wanted some water. I simply asked Simmi for water, but instead of just handing it to me, she took the extra step of warming it up because she understood it was for a young child. It was such a small gesture, but it showed genuine care and attention. I truly appreciate Simmi for going above and beyond. Her kindness, empathy, and wonderful customer service made our visit even more special. Thank you, Simmi, for making our family’s visit so pleasant! ❤️

Always a great experience, especially compared to wem, where the portions, nearly brought tears to my eyes. Love it.

We placed an order through the KFC app, but after waiting over two hours with no driver in sight and no one answering the phone at the store, we were beyond frustrated. We decided to drive over to the location in person to figure out what happened. Thankfully, the staff on shift completely turned a bad situation around, they were incredibly respectful, deeply understanding of the app mix-up, and remade our entire order on the spot at no extra cost. Delivery logistics definitely need work, but five stars to the in-store team for outstanding customer service.
