  I had a very bad experience at KFC. I ordered a some food and paid with cash. The employee who served me handled the cash and then, without changing his gloves, started preparing my food. I also noticed that he was doing cleaning tasks with the same gloves. Honestly, I was shocked and completely disgusted. This is a serious hygiene concern, and I hope KFC takes this issue seriously and provides proper training to its staff

  The popcorn chicken and tenders are good. Make sure you request crispy fries or you'll get soggy one. The gravey is very thick, good if that's how you like it, I prefer it more like a dipping sauce. Most KFC locations have self service order boards, so don't expect counter service as there is no customer service (so your fries will be hit or miss crispy).

  I was pumped waiting for this kfc to open. So when it finally opened up I went to drive through, the woman taking my order wouldn’t shut up and I couldn’t get a word in to order lol,I ordered the 3 piece meal with a side of gravy, the gravy was very thin and sweet, not your regular thick good gravy KFC normally has, when I opened the box it looked like I only got one piece of chicken but the chicken was so disturbingly small and thin , there was hardly no meat on the bones, fries were dry .. I hate to complain but this place needs work for sure lol, Mary Browns and Popeyes or RALPHS CHICKEN is honestly a better pick for fast food chicken , I’m bummed I never got a picture of the pathetic chicken, not worth over $20 in which I spent

  They shorted our order. We had ordered a bunch or individual popcorn chickens for the kids and I noticed they looked very small; only 8 or 9 pieces per bag. I put them on the kitchen scale and they were all under 50g. KFC website says the portion size is 86g. So that’s over 40% less than they advertised.

  This place is so terrible. It has become one of those KFCs where you have to order from the touch screen and can not talk to people (this issue is seen later). It is beyond slow and like most places is so focused on the numerous skip and uber eats orders that had everything backed up. We ate in and told our food would take 20mins, so be it, then after 15 minutes I’m told one item is not available that we order it would take another 15mins. Then the order was wrong, missing a poutine. After bringing it up I am told that they ran out of cheese so they would add popcorn chicken. So they didn’t have chicken we wanted, they didn’t have the sandwich ready we ordered, and they didn’t have cheese for poutine, all which could have been addressed upon ordering if I was talking to someone instead of using the touch screen. The quality was not great as seen in the picture, that is straight out of the box. Honestly just go to Popeys, bigger pieces, better prices, and better experience overall.
