  From the moment we entered, the music was too loud to have a reasonable conversation within our group. At the counter there was no option to speak to a human, they just had self serve kiosks. Our meal took fifteen minutes to be ready. None of the tables were clean; all were visibly greasy or had crumbs. The fountain pop mixture was very light on syrup. It tasted like soda water that had looked at a photo of a Pepsi logo once. No cutlery was provided with the salad side dish. We received an extra gravy which is nice, but it speaks to how imprecise the service was. Serving sizes between our matching meals wasn't consistent: I recieved 12 pieces of popcorn chicken, while my mother recieved less than eight. The fries were not warm enough, and very soft (What happened to that crispy fry takeover from a few years ago??). Chicken strips were too hot. We ordered our food to stay, but they packed it to go anyway, so we left. Went to Dairy Queen for dessert. It's right next door.

  Visited KFC at 4845 167 Avenue on May 13, 2026 around 12:45 PM for a drive-thru order. I ordered the 6-piece bucket with 2 large sides, and everything was fresh and tasty. The service was quick and friendly. The staff handled the order smoothly, and the overall experience was great. Definitely satisfied with my visit and would come back again!

  On Monday I had ordered the 35.99 bucket meal 12 pieces of chicken got home only at nine phone. The store said come on back and get more. I travelled quite a distance. His staff is at brain dead. They don’t know how to count to 12 and make sure that the proper order was completed. The reason I came in was so I could feed my family so myself I didn’t eat. This is happening to a lot of restaurants. no one really cares so I hope everybody boycott this restaurant very disgraceful.plus 15 hot wings 69$ spent

  Grabbed the 4 piece chicken box meal here today and honestly it hit the spot. Chicken was fresh, crispy, and juicy, fries were hot, and the popcorn chicken + honey mustard dip were actually really good too. Everything looked clean and packed nicely. Staff were friendly and the food came out pretty quick. For around $20 it was a solid meal and filled me up. Definitely one of the better KFC visits I’ve had lately.

  Stopped by KFC for a dine-in meal and honestly really enjoyed it. I got the 3-piece combo with snack poutine, mac & cheese, and a Pepsi. The chicken came out hot, crispy, and juicy, and the sides were actually really good too, especially the poutine. What stood out most was how fresh everything tasted and how clean and organized the store was. The staff were friendly, quick, and made the whole experience smooth. It’s always nice when fast food actually feels fresh and well prepared. Big kudos to the team for the great service and quality food. I’ll definitely be back!
