  I am of two minds with KFC. Love their food when I’m in the mood but getting it can be utterly exhausting. This store has been through an upgrade that looks fine but they’ve incorporated the kiosks for self service. I usually prefer these as do many KFC experiences have been ruined by wrong food items and things missing. The advantage didn’t help here as they didn’t START making my order until I went to ask 10 minutes in how things were going. Items I ordered at the kiosk were unavailable. It was over 15 minutes for a simple order in a restaurant where there was only one other paying customer. It’s very unfortunate to see on a weekend afternoon when you would expect people to be stopping by. Won’t be coming back.

  Delivery order. June 27, 2026. First problem, they didn't give us our second large fries which we paid for. They said we could either pick it up or have a voucher, neither of which is acceptable. A voucher doesn't help us feed 7 people right now and If driving over there was an option I would've done that to begin with. It's your screw up, send the damn driver back over with the COMPLETE ORDER Second. The food was shit. Chicken was soggy and seemed under cooked. The only thing that was any good was the gravy, pretty hard to screw gravy up. Avoid this dump of a restaurant at all costs. They won't fix their own screw ups and I won't be surprised if we all get food poisoning from the terrible chicken.

  We came in when it was busy. But the girl at cash was wonderg wonderful dispite being super busy.

  If I could give a zero I would. Waited 30 mins in the drive thru then had to park and wait another 20 mins

  They have time management issues at servicing in store customers and not running out of chicken. 10 minute wait at 2pm on a weekday in a slow store is just poor managing.
