There is a woman who wears glasses that works after 2pm on weekdays that is very rude to customers. Someone in a leadership role needs to do something about this.

Pretty much like you would expect. Extra crispy batter was greasier than l would like. Automated ordering system.

Drove to the drive through. Told us to park in front as food was not ready. Waited almost 40 minutes for food. Drinks from fountain has no carbination or flavour. Did not get the fries we ordered. Plus 3 other drive through customers were in parking lot waiting on their food. Saying they had been there for 55 minutes. I am done going there. This has happened to me before almost exactly. Service sucks.

Absolutely no personal service here. No napkins, and nobody on the steam line wanted to come to the counter to help when I was looking to get some. You can only order through the machine, not through a person. No soap dispenser in the mens bathroom. Maybe they'll read about it in this review, but I couldn't get their attention to tell them. Food met the usual kfc standard. Yummy and greasy.

I had a really great experience at KFC, and I especially want to recognize Eric for his amazing customer service. He was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Eric showed strong leadership skills and handled everything efficiently while still making customers feel welcomed and valued. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and cares about both the customers and the team around him. Honestly, Eric deserves to be considered for a manager position. He has the professionalism, communication skills, work ethic, and positive attitude that you want in someone leading a team. KFC would be lucky to have someone like him in a management role. Thank you, Eric, for making my experience such a positive one!
