  People at this restaurant don’t know what order for pick up means…. I ordered get told it will take 30min just for me to get to the restaurant and wait another 15min. It’s sucks that this kfc is the closest so we tend to ignore the fact that there is always something missing on the order.

  Service is good, but ever sense they got the new machines and you place your own order it’s takes forever.

  Poor service. They prioritize large orders over smaller ones. Ended up waiting 30mins In store for a meal.

  Highly recommend this KFC! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was our first time there, and the employees were very patient and even helped us choose what to order, which we really appreciated. The restaurant was also very clean and well organized, and the food was fresh and tasty. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for good food and outstanding customer service!

  They need more staff ! There are only two staff members there. I Stopped by on my hour lunch break and left 30 mins later. one lady is working at the counter telling us that the other staff member went home due to puking on the job. I’m more so writing this review as a concern for staff safety and only relying on two staff constantly. I get things happen so why not get more staff ??? Additionally , i gave them a shot again recently only to find out it will take 2 weeks for a refund . Context: they missed a whole box of fries, gravy and some chicken on a family combo. This location need attention from the higher ups
