  Sept 30th at 6:45 pm my elderly parents went in to this location to order food. They looked at the menu and ordered double slider sandwiches thinking it’s a double layered “single” sandwich and ordered three of those. They received the order and when we opened the bag it had 6 sliders. They told me that they thought its a single sandwich and that they received no explanation regarding this from the store front staff. I drove 15 mins and went back to the store and gently asked the store manager ALISHBA to kindly refund the order as there was a misunderstanding and this is not what we wanted. Instead of apologizing or offering options to mitigate the situation she started defending herself saying “its not my fault, its not my fault, I can’t refund this.” I explained the situation to her that my parents are non-English speakers and did not understand what they were ordering. She continued saying its not her fault and she will not refund. The appalling part was that not once did she apologize or offer any other options such as changing the order or offering credit that could be used at a future time. How has she been working in customer service is beyond me given that she has no etiquettes on how to treat customers. When i asked if i could speak to someone higher up, she smirked and said the cook is at the back do you wana talk to him?, instead of redirecting me to a corporate phone number or a website. Her behaviour was absolutely shocking and disgusting even so that my small child who was with me felt her negativity as well. I gave her the sandwiches back and she gladly took them. So now I am out $24 with no food. If I don’t receive my refund back I will be taking further legal action. I have never had such a terrible experience in my life at any other restaurant.

  Experiencing critical illness I went out for take out treat. Got happily talked into a huge box and some popcorn chicken and tenders. I asked for plain chicken. The popcorn chicken and tenders were fine. The box of pieces, however, had to be thrown out. They were covered in hot sauce. I was dumb founded upon reaching home. The severe illness left me utterly unable to go back or deal with this. Upon gaining some strength, and still visibly weak and ill, I went back to the store 5 days later with my receipt asking for a replacement. The manager was rude, kept saying I should have come back the same night and that 7 days later was too late. I politely explained my situation, he said 7 days is too late. I said, its been only 5 days. He shook his head. I could not believe it!!! Hit me when I am down? It is obvious how ill and weak I am. While I do not condone pity nor using excuses I am also not happy that I somehow must be made to suffer since I was too ill to get back to this man in his time line. This smacks of poor customer relations, poor humanity, bad feelings, and pure bad business. Not to mention just plain human dignity. No wonder this place never has cars nor customers out front. STAY AWAY!!! They gave me the wrong order. Zero accountability here.

  I stopped by this KFC again tonight for a quiet supper . Had to wait for freshly cooked chicken. Well worth the wait !!! This is definitely worth mentioning . Management, the young lady working the drive-thru, what a fantastic attitude and very friendly and providing excellent customer service 👏 She deserves a raise for a GREAT job !!!
