  5 stars coz I’m not expecting restaurant-level atmosphere, food, and service in a fast food restaurant. That’s just absurd, sorry. Whenever we come here, the staff is pleasant. They get our orders and answer our questions. The food is good - usual KFC but tastes better for some reason (probably because they have a clean environment). The “restaurant” is clean compared to other locations and fast food restos. One of the downsides in this location is the wait time. There was a time that we had to wait for around 30mins. I assume it’s because they make their food from scratch instead of preparing it in advance? But ironically, not fast haha. Still, we wait because it’s good!

  Definitely the worst location in Edmonton. I’ve been sitting there and waiting for 50 minutes for fried chicken. After 50 minutes, they told me to wait for 15 minutes more. They did not even feel sorry at all. Making no sense…

  Pathetic service and pathetic food. Came in to dirty tables. The AC was probably out of order, the place was scorching hot and I asked the staff and she said they can't do anything about it. Next, we wanted to use coupons, to which they said their system shows only some coupons and not the others. The 2 sandwiches we ordered were cooked fresh. The chicken pieces and tenders were cold and stale. Fries were not crispy and hot. There were flies everywhere in the seating area. They ran out of ketchup, which is supposed to be a staple for fast food. The washrooms are also out of order. Pathetic experience, please don't go here with your family. It's a waste of time and money

  Thank you KFC for trying to offer reasonably priced combo (fries, drink and a slider or wrap for less than $5) The chicken tender is thick. Shout out to KFC on 34ave and Calgary Trail for your amazing service and very friendly staff. Did you know, they donate to Mill Woods Care Closet? I love to highlight anything that's praise worthy with businesses that's trying to support the community they're in. God bless you! And yes, they hear your sentiments with the missing sides that's been there for decades. So, keep reminding them to bring back the salads. Please, support KFC on 34 ave and Calgary Trail.😊
