  Apparently this is $53 worth of food and then we are thieves I guess and they have us on camera to get us permanently banned. I recommend you don’t come here

  Looking at ALL the bad reviews for this location, I can see exactly why they keep piling up. This place is awful. I waited over 20 minutes for my order while a line of customers also stood at the front waiting. The food was already made and sitting there, but nobody bothered bringing it to the counter. One employee finally came up and spent over five minutes making a drink while completely ignoring everyone waiting. Hello! The finished orders were right beside her... This is a BASIC part of the job. The food is made, the customer is standing there, and you hand them their order. How is that difficult? And because they couldn't be bothered to do that, I paid for food that sat there getting cold for no reason. I finally received it cold after waiting over 20 minutes. When the employee finally brought me the order, she simply handed it to me and walked away without saying a word or even looking at me. That's when I said, "Your service is awful." No apology, no explanation, nothing. She acted like I wasn't even there. HOW RUDE. With this many bad reviews, you'd think management would realize there is a serious problem here. When your staff can't even manage the basic job of handing completed orders to customers, there's a problem. Waste of time. Waste of money. Crap experience.

  Great food and great service! Staff at KFC is super friendly, food came fast and tasted excellent. Clean place, good atmosphere.

  I went to the drive-thru this evening at around 6:15 and their speaker was broken (you’d think that would be a priority to get fixed). They took my order at the window - one of the items I asked for was a two piece meal with white meat, I paid for it and was told after a couple of minutes that they only had dark meat and it would take 30 minutes for white meat to be available (poor planning considering I was there at what I’d guess would be supper time and on a Friday evening) and they asked if all dark meat would be okay (not sure why they’d even ask that since I specifically requested and paid for all white meat), I said no and asked for a refund. It took more than 10 minutes to issue the refund since the two staff decided to get a couple of Skip orders ready before taking the 30 seconds that it took to issue the debit refund. Poor prep for what they should have known would be a busy time of day on a Friday of a long weekend. I don’t often crave KFC and this incident has definitely put me off of wanting it any time soon.
