  Always a fight to get anyone in drive threw Can't place an order right Very rude and disrespectful Can't do there job properly This place needs new staff or shut it down completely very very disrespectful

  If I could give zero stars I will. Came here to pick up my order, I ended up standing in front of the till for good 15 minutes. I'm a filipino and I hear the filipinas just talk and talk with non-related work topics and they just ignored me even when my order was already ready for 15 minutes. The cashier saw me but just decided to ignore me several times. I had to yell at one of them to catch their attention. Poor customer service, poor work team. Try to avoid this store if you can.

  Very disappointed with my experience. The drive-thru wait was extremely long, and there didn't seem to be any sense of urgency. I ended up waiting far longer than expected just to receive my order. If you're going to have customers waiting that long, at least communicate the delay or move the line more efficiently. This experience was frustrating, and I hope the service improves.

  Told me that their chickens legs were a bit small so gave me an extra leg, instead of just ignoring it. Really appreciated that!
