Ordered for pick up at 1AM today, April 24,2026, and the manager was very rude on the phone. I placed a pickup order over the phone and specifically asked for a coupon price for a 2-piece chicken and fries. However, the order was processed as a combo instead. When I called back to confirm the total, I was told it would be $15.52, but upon arrival at the drive-thru, I was charged $23. When I asked why it was more than what i was told on the phone after paying, she explained it was 2 combos. After explaining i didn’t want the chicken in a combo and asked for a refund , she declined and said it was impossible. Additionally, I was given the wrong drink (7 Up instead of Mountain Dew) even after telling her over the phone snd after she asked me at the window.
When I called the store to address these issues, the staff member (who identified herself as the manager) was dismissive and repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to explain. She insisted that no mistake was made regarding the coupon and denied my request for clarification. When I asked for her name, she responded unprofessionally, stating she was “not scared” and implying my complaint was not valid.She stated she understood they made a mistake either the drink but kept defending that the coupon was never mentioned. Well the total she told me over the phone was initially $15.52 could explain i didn’t mention the coupon when i called.
While I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and dismissive attitude are unacceptable.
