  Narinder is always so kind! She is so friendly and nice! I love KFC because of her. She made my day happier and felt a lot better about running out of gas in the parking lot 🍗

  We hsd THE WORST experience at the drive through last night. The person who took our order was downright rude and when we asked if you are okay she just slammed the window on us. It was extremely embarassing and for sure the last tine we visit this branch

  I have to say, this KFC in Mill Woods on 23rd Avenue is one of the best KFC locations I’ve visited in Edmonton. The hospitality is great, the service is excellent, and the dining experience is amazing. They make you feel comfortable and welcome, almost like you’re at home. Jashan made me feel especially welcome, and Junie is honestly one of my favourite people there. The excellent service from the staff is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to this KFC. And the chicken? Absolutely amazing! The spicy chicken is juicy, crispy, and has that real finger,licking,good taste. I got an eight piece bucket meal, and after eating three pieces, I still felt like I could eat two more before going home! 😂 That’s how good it is. If you haven’t visited this KFC in Mill Woods yet, trust me you need to go. Once you experience the food and the service here, you may not want to visit another KFC in Edmonton. Highly recommended!

  So I went in asking for hot wings and gravy. By the time I got to the window to pay, she said it will be 6 to 7 minutes, which in my mind.She should have already started it after I ordered it. I said, okay, that's fine. I have this $5 off coupon. She said, no, you can't use it. It has to be $20, so I say, okay, fine, I'll get something else. I asked if the zinger was on special for $5. She said yes, she comes back after I pay, and said the zinger will be 5 to 6 minutes as well.I can give you a different burger for the same price. I think it was the classic. I feel like they were trying to get rid of their old food when really I wanted hot wings, they should have just been put into the fryer as soon as I ordered them. Instead, I gave her back the five dollars off card and took a burger that was absolutely disgusting. Absolutely not.What I ordered and it was NOT FRESH AT ALL. Next time, I'll make sure to wait for the 6 minutes.Although that should have already been put down when I was ordering, then it would have been 3 minutes.By the time I got to the window. Very disappointing to see the lengths people well go in the service industry to save money . Sad. And very un satisfied
