  We were here this afternoon and order a twister. Nothing special from KFC. The order came and asked that the combo come with small fries and we deaf So we use our phone to show them exactly what we want. The order came and the lady charged us for a large fries. Did not give us a receipt and the twister was freezing cold the chicken and it was cold. It was disgusting. When we went back to the counter, the lady behind the counter, said there’s nothing that we can do because we took a bite of it. Absolutely no accountability. To this KFC location again the service has gone downhill. With ourselves being deaf We always make sure it’s written down very clearly what we ask for because people tend to take advantage of us. It’s not fair And not going back there.

  I was here yesterday and ordered a small personal pizza and a water and they told me it would be no more than 8 or 9 minutes. 15 minutes passed by as I need the grace of a few extra minutes and then after the 15 minutes passed by I asked them again how much longer and they said oh it’s gonna be a few more minutes 10 more minutes pass by. It’s now been 25 minutes for a very small personal size pizza for my young son. They brought it to me not even an apology not sorry. Nothing that you tossed at me there you go. The people behind the counter are absolutely ridiculous. There is no lineup. I was the only one standing there and I can see multiple people in the back standing around like what is going on. The service has some of the places in the food court is horrible and the wait time is even worse even when they’re not busy.

  We’ve been visiting this KFC southgate for ages, and the service has always been top-notch. The staff are super friendly and quick to take order and prepare our food. Even when it’s a busy day, the wait time wasn’t too bad, which I really liked. So many good stories to share about how good their service is. Hands down to all the staff..

  Went to KFC and ordered their favourites in one box for a reasonable price. However, I asked for Iced Tea and the woman decided to give me Diet Pepsi instead since she wasn't being attentive at all and using her phone as she took my order, almost forgetting to add two more additional chicken as well if I didn't remind her. Moreover, she also was asking me if I liked jewelry which was honestly unnecessary to be trying to sell things that is not even related to where she was in shift right now. Disappointed with service, but their food was really good.
