A taller gentleman with black hair had refused us and was very impolite and rude with my grandmother. The lady in the back continued to laugh. And argue, when I stated to her that I was a shift supervisor at one point. Their customer service at this location is awful and they should be ashamed of themselves.

The worst location in the city. No customer service, will make you stand in front of them and order online instead of ringing the order through themselves. Don't waste your time or money at this place.

The bald asian man at the front counter refused to take my order as I requested extra spicy mayo on the big crunch he stated their was mayo on both sides I shared back stated the6 do not put much on both sides and then he waived me away! Horrible experience and custer service from this employee at this location! Previously interactions for purchasing the same item at this location the oother employees did not refuse my request. The location needs to find better employees
