Ordered delivery and received a horrible order. We paid extra for bigger fries and received a tiny pack of about 15 cold fries. The chicken burger was inedible, so dry and old. And even the soda was bad, no syrup, barely any bubbles, and tasted like a rusty pipe. The popcorn chicken was good though.

I was pretty disappointed today, came here for lunch, when I arrived at the counter a woman had her back turned to me, when she turned around I smiled at her and she did NOT acknowledge me. Immediately disgusting behaviour. She could have said hi someone will be right with you??? But nothing, she was insanely rude. I waited a couple minutes before a man came from the back to take my order. (He was very friendly) food took pretty long to make considering I was the only person in the establishment. When I did receive my food the fries supreme was made with nacho fries, which I DID NOT ask for, that was a little disappointing, and the chalupas were a little well done. All in all not a very good visit, won’t be returning to this poorly run location.

Almost every time I drive thru this location, there are issues. It seems to be specifically this location. I just got home with what should have been a mix of regular and spicy sliders, but ended up with all regular sliders. The girl who took the order repeated it back to me 3 times. I confirmed each time, the exact number of each type…..I still received all regular sliders. I’ve received wrong food, cold food and they have not honoured coupons within the printed dates. There is clearly something broken with the management of this location. I recommend making the drive to the next nearest one. Avoid this one.

I was unable to complete my transaction as the employee in the drive-thru did not allow me to speak. I ultimately decided to leave the premises. I've been there a few times. This person has been rude multiple times and messed up an order. I used to work in fast food and have never once been this rude to my customers. I drove to another location. I won't be back. After looking at reviews, it seems there is a trend in poor customer service in the drive-through. Based off this, I highly recommend being more observant on how these customers are treated versus the people who come inside. If there is someone who struggles with this style of communication on drive-through versus the front end, maybe do not put them on again until they have been trained. Maybe send a friend at dinner rush and see how your staff react without knowing you are there. You might be able to gauge what is actually going on.
