  Service was terrible! I came in with my friend and we ordered at the same time, him at the counter and myself at the kiosk, I waited an extra 15 min after my friend got his food and it took 10 min after he ordered to get his food. I had to remind the guy in the back about my order, there was another gentleman who came in and nobody came to the counter and so he left, frustrated. When we asked them why my food took so long he gave us many excuses about a long drive thru line, not enough staff.

  I came here with my family. This place was an absolute mess. We had to wipe our own counters and the high chairs had a mess on them since who knows. If they cant keep the front of house clean then just imagine how the back of house would look. Went next door to Arby's its much cleaner there

  Service was great a friendly but the food was either sitting around a long time or burnt to charcoal. It's not cheap to eat out anywhere now so I expect more for my $

  This is a great place for crispy and flavorful fried chicken. The food was very fresh, juicy, and hot. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. It’s a good spot if you’re craving tasty fast food. 🍗

  Honestly this has to be the worst KFC I have ever seen. I have had many issues with this location including 20mins in the drive thru for one sandwich. This was my most recent visit: Ordered a box meal and knowing it comes with a small side salad I asked if it could be upsized to a large. They told me it would be an extra charge which I expected and that parts fine. Told it’s going to be a 10min wait for the sandwich which is insane for a fast food restaurant. I get to the window and get my food after paying and see that they only gave me a small side and when I questioned that it was meant to be a large I’m told that they can’t do that. Even after I told them what they said to me on the speaker they argued with me and refused to budge saying they were talking about the drink being upsized as the extra charge. Not sure how macaroni salad could be confused with Pepsi. Again absolutely the last time I even bother with this location but wanted to share this so others don’t waste their time as I can see it’s pretty common after reading some other comments. Workers don’t care about the service at this location. (Edit) After getting home and opening up the sandwich box this has to be the sadist chili crunch sandwich I have ever seen. Pretty sure it’s not even the proper chicken for this sandwich.
