  My construction crew came here to get what we thought would be a quick lunch, as we were called in to work on a Saturday. The order took forever to be made, and then it was incorrect. We noticed when they got back to the site and were handing the food out, as they didn't want to touch everyones food. We tried calling but no one was answering, and we couldn't just leave work again. Very disappointing for the price we paid. We were missing two macaroni sides; the Twister that we specified no tomatoes on had two big tomatoes on it; they used cheese slices instead of shredded cheese; and the lettuce looked similar to a drowned cat. The pop had no ice and was warm. Another sandwich ordered was also the wrong one. The only thing not screwed up was the milkshakes.

  I’ll go straight to the point. It’s not busy at the store and ya’ll have no crispy chicken and wanted me to wait for 20mins? Second, the poutine literally has no gravy! There’s like a teaspoon in there! The chicken thigh is WAY too small than the rest of the meals my friends got and I ordered a combo and ya’ll didn’t give me my damn drink as well. Im actually beyond pissed at this point. It’s raining pretty heavily i couldn’t go back and forth! Seriously? I do not recommend this store. The fries and chicken are not fresh as well I definitely Wasted my money here. Try other stores! But not this one.

  Check your orders and open the bags. Not the greatest quality but when you want KFC it’ll do. Multiple times my order has been wrong and items not in the bag. Without a receipt in the bag there is no way to confirm what was entered. An item I ordered and was repeated at the window was not included. Super frustrating and customer service was unhelpful and just didn’t care.

  What happened to your gravy??? Not the famous tasting KFC gravy from here!? (Second time I tried, as thought maybe it was my error last time.) Also way toooooo much salt on the fries. Or maybe it's too much salt in the gravy. A total waste of money and am very disappointed!! 😥
