Other Harvey’s give decent sized pieces but this was not worth the money at all. Won’t be ordering Harvey’s if this is what they provide now. Update: I received the following from their customer service. “ Hello there, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern. I understand why it may have looked like you received less than expected. Our 12-piece chicken nuggets, not strips, are served in our regular poutine container, which is larger than necessary for that portion. Because of the extra space, the container can appear only partially full, even though it contains all 12 nuggets. I can fully assure you that the nuggets you received were our standard size and that the full 12-piece portion was provided. We would never intentionally short a guest on their order; in fact if the team finds smaller pieces than the norm, we put an extra 1 or 2 nuggets in the order. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and your feedback has made us realize that the packaging can create the impression that the portion is smaller than it actually is. We'll keep that in mind as we look for ways to improve the presentation.” I have ordered from other Harvey’s locations before and I don’t appreciate being gaslit about packaging and standard product sizes. I’m not talking about strips, I’m talking about nuggets specifically from the 104 ave location where the nuggets specifically are 2-3 times larger. I also don’t appreciate putting the blame on myself when I literally showed you photos of “chicken” nuggets without any chicken, it was just breading.
