- TTThandi6 days ago4.0First time trying Five Guys and overall, we had a really good experience! The service was friendly, welcoming, and the staff were very helpful. The complimentary peanuts were such a nice touch and honestly made the visit a hit. 🥜 We tried the burgers and also got one of their milkshakes, which was new for us. The burger was good, although personally I felt the patty could use a little more seasoning and the bun could have been a lil more fresh and warm. The fries, unfortunately, were a bit dry and seemed slightly burnt, so those could have been better. That said, the customer service was definitely on point, and the complimentary peanuts were a fun bonus. Overall, a positive first experience, and we'd be happy to come back and try more of the menu!

I was extremely disappointed as the bun was cold and dry, the cheese not melted and overall lacking taste. For a burger that’s supposed to be fresh off the grill and it can’t even melt cheese that tells you that it definitely wasn’t very hot. I paid good money for that burger and it was absolutely nothing special I won’t go back that’s for sure. After all this time I just had to write a review because I See videos about their food and got excited to try their burger on my holiday, but unfortunately I had a bad experience.
