Today 2 of the 3 were made wrong and they held our food behind the counter waiting for gravy that they didnt have, pretty frustrating. It wasn’t just me—everyone tonight was waiting 1.25 to 1.5 hours for their order. I saw a couple give up and leave—without their food, trying to tell the staff to keep it because they couldn’t wait for a refund either. The ONLY SAVING GRACE was ANNA. She was so patient and kind. I didn’t raise my voice when I asked how much longer? I just wanted to get a ballpark. She followed up and, much to my surprise, offered a drink, which I needed! THANK YOU ANNA—this little gesture made my day—instead of giving me a one-star for the EXTREMELY LONG WAIT, I gave another star for the hardworking staff (it’s not their fault they got slammed with the promo), and a third star for ANNA. I would have liked to give 5, but unfortunately it wasn't earned today due to the CRAZY LONG wait time. ATMOSPHERE: as always, I LOVE those free peanuts. Probably the reason I come back.
