  Decently the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. The waiting lamps counter is way too high. The ladies arm pits are rubbing up on all the food under the heat lamps. They also need to go over the food handling policies. The food was under the heat lamps way too long. Will not go back to this Dairy Queen again.

  Staff at 4939 167 Ave NW location were phenomenal. At the end of our meal, Mariah came by to ask how everything was. We shared a Bacon Cheese Deluxe Signature Stackburger™ Combo, 2 Blizzards served upside down of course, and a Treatzza Pizza to go. Definitely new favourite location and will return.

  The food itself was fine, but the portion sizes were disappointing. The chicken tenders were noticeably small and the fries were barely half full. For the price, I expected more. Portion control like this reflects poorly on the staff and management because it shows a lack of care for the customer experience. When someone pays for a meal, they should not have to wonder whether the person putting it together was being careless or cutting corners. I have been to other Dairy Queen locations and never had this issue, so it seems specific to this one. Hoping they do better.

  The girl that worked the night of march 30th you are awesome, great service. Thank you for flipping my dilly bar. Keep up the hard work. Floor freshly mopped 😩

  One star is not even appropriate. The staff in the drive-thru was extremely rude. That lady will ruin your brand’s image. She messed up my order and has the audacity to argue. I politely asked to correct the mistake, not for free, just fix it. She aggressively responded with extreme rudeness.
