  Went in for the buy one get one $1.99 small blizzard deal. Was told it was only through the app. Downloaded and installed the app and set up an account. Clicked "redeem now" on that deal at the front page, which brought me to the "deals" tab where the blizzard coupon did not show up, just 6 other random deals. The lady told me I could not get the deal without the code. I told her the code's not there. She said it can take up to 24 hours to appear. I told her I'm there right now, I'm not waiting to come back for a deal just because your app isn't working properly. I just asked if she could give it to me anyway because I'm there and they have the deal, she told me there's nothing she could do without the app code. The one that doesn't exist on my app. So forcing me to get the app for a deal, and then the deal isn't even on the app. So I left and went to D Spot Desserts nearby. If DQ is only doing deals through the app that doesn't even work you've completely lost my business. 🫡

  Lol my card declined at the till due to an error but i was treated with such patience! I like it here, dont rlly know if the name is correct but i got served by a cayla? Not sure. But good job on your guys’ server skills

  Don’t go here, drive to a different one. I live 40+ mins away, as a type 1 diabetic I never have ice cream and decided to treat myself for the first time in a long time. I Ordered a mini Oreo blizzard added cookie dough. Got blizzard and it looked very chocolatey. I confirmed and said are you sure this is an Oreo with cookie dough. He said yes. As I pre bolus and have to wait 10-15 mins to enjoy and driving way back home it Was in fact not what I had asked for. Not a speck of Oreo in it but extra cookie dough., it was exactly what my partner had ordered “chocolate cookie dough”. Honestly Should have just went to McDonald’s in the first place. Absolutely disappointed as I don’t like chocolate and wasn’t even able to enjoy it. Saddens me as since I pre bolus I had to eat it regardless. My fault to try and enjoy something for once.

  I visited this Dairy Queen on Sunday, July 12th, around 8:45 in the evening. The person on the speaker was polite, and the McFlurry looked fine at first. But when I got to the window, (as it was open) the employee was busy taking another order, and my McFlurry was just sitting there. The manager, who was clearly in charge, walked right past, didn’t say a word, and shut the window in my face. After a few minutes, the employee apologized, saying they couldn’t flip the McFlurry because it was too liquid. That made no sense, if it was runny, why was the order taken? What shocked me most was how argumentative the manager was, she demanded I give it back so she could flip it, as if that would fix anything. This was a complete breakdown in customer service, and that manager had no business running the show. I strongly advise others to stay away from this location.
