When I confronted them about their poor customer service, they started mumbling in Filipino. When I spoke with the supervisor, she casually asked, "What do you want me to do?" It was incredibly frustrating.

I have 1 simple request no cheese - it’s an intolerance. So I get my meal and it is smothered so much cheese! It makes it entirely so I am unable to eat that food. So I go to ask for them to fix it and the girl was so incredibly rude! She sat there and told me I was a liar, she walked over to the guy who was very clearly high and asked him did he ask for no cheese. NOT ONLY was he not the one to take the order, it occured 20 minutes prior and I think I already mentioned. HE WAS SO HIGH HE COULDNT FORM A WORD! I will NEVER FORGET THE TERRIBLE SERVICE GIVEN! It’s a grungy nasty place, it’s really too bad an establishment that has been around so long has gone so terribly. SIMPLY PUT!! DO BETTER!!!
