  Every time I go through the drive-thru I get melted ice cream because they make it way too soon and leave it sitting on the counter while everything else gets made. I won't be back to this location. Drive thru is 15-20 minutes minimum. I would call it a one off but its been the last 4 times ive gone to this one. I've complained and still they keep doing it so I just won't be back. It already costs more than it should, its not too much to ask for it to be done right.

  Fast service and excellent customer care! The staff were very friendly and the Blizzards were delicious, especially the Strawberry Cheesecake Big thanks to Razia and the whole team for the great experience. Clean and welcoming place - highly recommend!

  Razia is doing a great job. She is quite helpful and welcoming.. Brownie and oreo cupfection is my all time favourite here!!

  Ordered an old fashion Pecan Cluster/turtle blizzard, the person taking the order repeated back this correct order but I received the turtle blizzard with the mini rolo chocolate in it......the window employee assured me they would remake the proper blizzard, I get home and no they DID NOT remake my blizzard, they just added in some chocolate sauce and called it fixed!!! The one thing I do not like is the mini Rolo chocolate in my blizzard, and that is why I order the OLD FASHIONED TURTLE!! Very disappointed they when they said they would remake my blizzard, they couldn't be bothered to correct their mistake!!

  First time we've had DQ in a while. I always get the double flame thrower burger, for years and years now. Today after I opened the box and looked at the burger, I asked the wife, what did you get me.. She said your usual.. I said why is the patties so thin?? She had no idea... So now we just found out that DQ has switched to using paper thin patties and my double burger is now like a single burger! Sorry DQ, your ice cream rules, but you've lost us as food customers!
