- SSSsimply5 days ago1.0Absolutely horrible service in the drive thru I ordered a simple chicken wrap with no vegetables and extra chicken they handed me a wrap with no sauce and 3 containers with the toppings if I wanted to build it myself I’d of made it at home. Proceeded to park me out front and took an additional 10 minutes. And the drive thru lady was completely rude! Never again

Upon returning to the drive through, I was accused of being a liar and that they confirmed the number of blizzards we received was correct. I was then told to wait as they reviewed the camera footage and once they realized that a mistake was made, they gave me the blizzard as well as a coupon. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction and the manager on shift was especially disrespectful. Will not be returning to this location ever again.

The order taker suggested upgrading the fries to a regular size. I didn’t realize there was an additional $1 charge until I saw the receipt, but that’s okay—I actually commend her for doing a good upsell for the company. However, when I checked my bag, I noticed they had given me the kid’s fries instead. Since they needed to cook another batch, I told them it was okay and that I would rather just get the $1 back and keep the small fries. I was simply trying to save both their time and mine. What really disappointed me was the response from the manager on duty. With her eyebrows raised and without any apology, she said, “Oh, it only takes 1.5 minutes to cook. Can you just park there at the front?” My concern isn’t about waiting 1.5 minutes. It’s about customer service and how the situation was handled. A simple “I’m sorry about that” or “We’ll have it ready for you shortly” would have made a huge difference. Also, the fry tasted like it’s been rushed to cooked and burnt on the outside and was really salty than usual. Ironically, the staff member who took my order seemed more compassionate and understanding than the supervisor/manager on duty. I used to work at DQ myself, and I would never have spoken to a customer that way. Mistakes happen—that’s understandable. But how you handle those mistakes and treat your customers afterward is what matters.

I've had interactions with her twice in the last few months. I wish Emma worked at your branch full-time. She great with customers and when she's not busy - I don't see her standing around. - she cleaning windows and tables. It's great to see a young person with ambition. BTW - the last 2 times the small cheese burger has been luke warm :-( happy tho that the fries are hot. I agree - I think the burger patties are shrinking. :-(
