  We visited on Miracle Treat Day, which is always the busiest day of the year for Dairy Queen stores in our region as it's a fundraiser day for Albert Children's Hospitals. Despite the crush of guests, the team were all very friendly and cheerful! They definitely went the extra mile to treat people with kindness and gratitude. Top notch teamwork and culture at this location.

  This place has always been a great place to go. The food the staff are great. I am middle aged and sometimes items that are not on the menu anymore for example" pecan mudslide" is not posted but the staff know all the old favorites. I'm pretty sure the owners have made it that way. Cheers to you guys!!

  It took super long for us to even order our food and then even longer to get it. I ordered a blizzard with my meal and when I got near the bottom of the blizzard there was shards of glass in the bottom. I only found out once I finished the blizzard and was crunching on something and found the glass. No clue on how much I consumed before I realized.

  I ordered through the Dairy Queen app last night for my daughter’s birthday, ordered 8 meals and a small cake and blizzards. Wasn’t cheap, I ordered through the app to avoid uber messing up with delivery because they’ve done it before, I put extremely specific details so they couldn’t get my delivery wrong. Well jokes on me I guess they still use uber for their mobile orders…… ok cool whatever , I ordered around 6;15-6:30 at 7pm I get a notification that my orders been delivered, I was outside with my kids the entire time to make sure my food would get to us, so I’m confused where they went so I went to one neighbours while my daughter went down the road to the other house that has the same address just different street number as that’s where it normally goes, nothing anywhere, so I called the store immediately, and they told me I’d have to call uber so I did spent 1.5hrs on hold to be told they can’t find my order so I had to call the store back to get the uber id number and call uber back, so again another hour on hold, only to be told that the order was delivered according to their driver, they won’t tell me where or show me proof and they won’t refund me. The store won’t refund because apparently it’s not their issue. So I would definitely tread carefully if you choose to order online from them! Now I’m out over 100$ and had a very very unhappy birthday girl because she didn’t get her birthday dinner or treat that she wanted. I believe the store should have to refund as it wasn’t me who ordered through uber that’s on them not me.
