  Doesn’t take cash, which was frustrating right from the start. The wait for our ice cream was also much longer than expected. When the order was finally ready, a team member just yelled from the back for us to come to the middle counter to grab it. The staff were polite overall, but the service felt disorganized and poorly managed. Definitely seems like this location could benefit for a manager who cares.

  This has to be one of the worst-run places I’ve seen. The staff all look miserable, and it shows. There’s a “last warning” sign posted on the fridge telling employees not to eat during shifts — even calling out taking a single fry. That’s not normal, that’s poor management. Instead of leading the store, it feels like everything is being controlled through cameras. The amount of surveillance is honestly unsettling, and it makes me not want to support the business. It comes across like you’re trying to micromanage every second just to squeeze out a few extra dollars. DQ used to be a fun place for high school kids to work — structured, but still relaxed and positive. This feels like the complete opposite. Unless something changes, I’ll be supporting local ice cream spots that actually care about their staff and the customer experience.

  Ordered a very uniquely designed cake, when I came to pick it up they said another employee gave it away to someone else… how does that even happen? Thanks for ruining a birthday. Refunded me in cash when I paid on visa. No compensation whatsoever. Thanks for wasting my time. Never coming here again.
