  I love chipotle but this location is bad. First they got my order wrong when I asked for a quesadilla (they started making a burrito). If you look at my picture the quesadilla itself is all meat on one side in one large chunk and all the cheese on the other side. My bag of chips was not even 1/4 full. I had to ask/remind the worker for the drink I paid for too. I know this is a new location and they are still learning and working out kinks but the workers were very slow and there were 4 employees just standing behind watching (“training” I presume). Good flavours and food though. I will be returning to chipotle but not to this location.

  While waiting in line we watched a worker wipe the counter than with the same cloth he wiped the area around the Beef Barbacoa than proceeded to put the stuff from on the counter back into the container of fresh beef, we went with the chicken hahah. But the food was literally just a burrito nothing special, the customer service was absolutely horrendous and make sure you know what you want before going up because they rush you to the point you don’t even know what ya got.

  This is the worst chipotle branch out there. I love chipotle and eat it multiple times a week. I never have any issues with staff but at this branch. They are soooo stingy with guac especially. They give u the smallest possible portion and when I ask for more they tell me I will be charged again. First of all, I’ve already paid 3$ not to get a quarter of a spoon of guac. When I tell the staff that I never have this issue at other branches they just argue and are rude. So I end up leaving mad with a dry burrito. I will not be coming back to this branch. There’s other chipotle in the area that serve you properly I recommend going there.

  Disappointing experience at this store. Very slow service and understaffed for the demand. I can handle a wait, but the cherry on top was the false advertising of a bonus to sign up for their app (while waiting in the long line). Signed up by scanning the QR code waiting in line, got everything set up, and then was informed it was an old offer, despite being front and centre above the till.

  The food here was amazing! it was our first time ever trying chipotle so we thought we’d check it out! everything was fine up until we got to the check out! it was super busy so i understand how it can be stressful for the workers when we got to the checkout gurleen helped us. When i asked her about about the price difference for a medium instead of a large drink she rolled her eyes at me and started talking in another language to her coworker which i couldn’t understand and then she proceeded to start laughing and told me to hurry up. Overall it was not a great experience that way. We will not be returning to this location.
