- BWB W2 days ago2.0I'm shocked how such a massive global brand can butcher their storefront layout this badly? This location is easily the worst design in the entire foodcourt. Every single time I use mobile "express pickup," I’m forced to stand there like an idiot, watching walk-up customers order, build their meals, and pay before I can even flag a cashier that my food is literally just sitting right behind them on the rack. The entire cashier+ utensils + mobile pick up area is a pathetic 6 feet wide and crams in maybe 2.5 people max horizontally if you are lucky. Because of this architectural failure, the tiny space gets instantly bottlenecked by Uber Eats drivers and walk-up lines. You can't even get close enough to ask for your order. On busy days, their counter only fits only about six-seven average size people horizontally, which constantly spills unwanted traffic for the rest of the food court. What is the point of a mobile app if your physical layout completely suffocates the efficiency? It's embarrassing that a billion-dollar company cheaped out this hard on a basic counter. I would go here more often, but its night and day when you compare their counter layout to their competitors in the same food court ; like Poulet Rouge, Chick fil a, Harveys, or chinese food. I never thought a dinky storefront could annoy me this much. And I'm definitely not the only customer who feels this way, a few customers complained to me while waiting in line as well.

All the staff was super nice, understanding and helpful with any of my requests of how I wanted my food. By far my favourite chipotle location!
