  So the food is ok. But everything else is terrible. I walked in at 9pm on a Saturday and noticed only one person working. Poor girl was calling for coworkers, and had no help. She was kind and made our order - but I had to explicitly ask more than once for her to give me a proper portion size. It feels really disappointing that portion sizes have been an issue at this location for all of my three visits. All the tables and seating areas were extremely dirty as well. So I had to clean a table myself before sitting down to eat. It seems like this place is understaffed, not clean, and stingy with portions. It’s close to my house, but I would rather drive to a different location.

  Good food fun atmosphere they had one of my fav songs playing when I walked in bamboo cutlery was very sturdy. Maybe my fault but I took all the tinfoil off my burrito and it fell apart because I am used to Quesada grilling them shut. It was also very saucy on the outside and got my finger sticky, again maybe user error the lady taking my order was kind of hard to hear but she spoke up when I asked. Hot sauce was very tasty. There was a lot less vegetable options compared to a place like Quesada and the burrito value was not in the same level as Quesada. Queso cheese cost extra and I was not made aware of it, there was a sign further down on the glass but they didn’t tell me about it.

  I hate to be a Karen but the place was actually so dusty crusty. Food and sauces smeared all over the counters and in the kitchen. Just draggin everyone’s burritos across the counter through spilt toppings and spilt sour cream. Dust and greasy fingerprints all over glass. I’m sad I love chipotle but the place was narsty.

  this place is horrible, the workers are so rude, the place is a mess, none of the tables to eat are clean the pop station is a sticky mess and the food is scattered all over the counter even when it’s not busy. the food is never filled up and make it seem like it’s your fault and that you have to do something about it like change your order instead of them getting more food. i asked for white rice she said they have none so i got brown rice and directly after i saw her get a bowl full for the lady behind me 10 seconds after. the people at the counter where your paying are so incredibly slow and make you feel stupid for trying to scan your points. every other location i have gone to is great it’s only this place.

  Extremely disappointing experience. The lineup was very long and I waited about 25 minutes just to get to the counter. Once I finally got there, they were out of brown rice, and I had to wait another five minutes for white rice to be ready. They were also completely out of chicken. The only meats available were normally higher-priced options. Despite being out of the standard chicken, they would not offer one of the available meats at the chicken price, so the only option was to pay extra or go without. On top of the poor service and lack of food availability, the restaurant was extremely dirty. Tables and surrounding areas looked like they hadn’t been cleaned, and the garbage bins were overflowing. After waiting over 30 minutes, dealing with multiple unavailable ingredients, and seeing the condition of the restaurant, the food itself was mediocre at best. Overall, a very negative experience and far below what I would expect from Chipotle.
