This location don't even serve half the portion for the same menu items what other locations does. Not sure it's from management for cost cutting point of view if it's is, it is being very poorly managed or may be train your staff.

I called your establishment to explain the situation and hopefully get it resolved, but the staff member I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and kept rejecting my concerns instead of trying to understand what happened or provide a solution. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled made the experience even more frustrating. I hope you can address this issue and provide better customer service moving forward.
