- NDNatalie Doyle2 days ago1.0I left a review a few weeks ago but I think it was deleted. I ate the chicken here and got horrible food poisoning afterwards. They also skimped on the portions, charged extra for queso, tried to charge us extra for guac we did not order and I had to ask 3 times for chips and salsa to be added to the order. I’ve been to other locations that are much better, but I would avoid this one.
- WLWoody LeoneSep 29, 20263.0Since they introduced the extra protein option, their basic meal went downhill . A burrito is basically filled with let’s and rice
- HTHalli TurnbullSep 18, 20265.0Cleanest chipotle I’ve been too! Always come back to this location when I’m in Edmonton ! Good customer service! Brought my friends here for their first chipotle experience and they loved it
- AHAllyssa HeidelSep 18, 20265.0First time trying chipotle and I’m super happy! Massive proportions (could feed me for two days for only $20) super kind staff and the building was super super clean!
- DLDemi LoisSep 15, 20261.0Now, I understand why this location is too quiet. Got a bowl of salad for me and kid's quesadilla meal for my toddler last night. There was a hair in my son's meal. I wished I have taken a picture but it grossed me out that I just threw it right away. I had a flashed back of one of the staff that works there with full bearded face. I've called them to let them know about it. They're not hesitant to replace it but I don't think it'll do it cause the sanitation isn't gonna chance over night. Unfortunately, it is just how it is. Reading through the other reviews, it looks like this place has an outstanding sanitation problems.
