  Very disappointed with my experience. I placed an online order around 7:30 PM with an estimated pickup time of 7:50 PM. When I arrived, my order hadn't even been started. The staff only began preparing it around 7:55 PM. I understand that restaurants can get busy, so I was willing to overlook the delay. What wasn't acceptable was that my bowl was made without the fajita veggies, and it was packed up without anyone asking if I was okay with the missing ingredient or offering an alternative. As they handed me the order, they casually mentioned they were out of fajita veggies and had just started preparing a new batch. If the restaurant still had two hours until closing, they should have anticipated running low and started cooking another batch before running out. Instead, customers are left with incomplete orders and no communication until after the food is already packed. Poor planning, poor communication, and disappointing customer service. I won't be coming back to this location.

  I went to Chipotle to order two bowls. The employee made the first bowl and started making the second one, but there were very few fajita vegetables left. I asked for extra vegetables, and at first she told me that it would take some time to prepare more, which was completely fine with me—I was willing to wait. A few minutes later, I asked again, and she said they needed to check. After waiting some more, I was told that they were completely out of vegetables. This was very disappointing and frustrating. At first, I assumed this was because the store was about to close, since it was around 8:39 p.m. However, when I checked the store hours, I saw that the restaurant closes at 10:00 p.m. Running out of ingredients more than an hour before closing is unacceptable. I understand that closing shifts can be difficult, but customers should still receive proper service during business hours. If the staff do not want to serve customers properly, they should not make customers feel unwelcome or ruin their experience.

  The food is always tasty and the portions are great, especially for the bowls! I often enjoy this for a quick bite of food on the go. Plus, this is a relatively healthy fast food option packed with veg and legumes!

  Portion size not existing for the price paid $13 for a small burrito size that would be 9$ elsewhere.Avoid at all costs. Ordered a side of guac and chips
