  I don’t know if they even check their reviews. I saw so many complaints from other customers, and after my experience, I completely understand why. It honestly feels like the staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. While I was there, I even saw a few customers walk out because of the service. If you love Chipotle, go to the South Common location instead much better customer service there. They treat you like they supposed to. Also, whoever is replying to the reviews, please take a look at how those responses are being written. The way customer complaints are being handled is not professional at all. If the owners or managers care about their business, they seriously need to train their staff better or hire more experienced people. The employees lack customer service skills and seem confused most of the time. I was just there, and by far this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

  Been to this location a couple times, asked how long for more honey chipotle chicken, was told they had just enough for me, in which they proceeded to scrap up all the little leftover for me when I could see the fresh batch being cut up… yay

  This restaurant is actively practicing small portion sizes. As an avid Chipotle enthusiast since '07 from the heart of Colorado, I have never witnessed such agregious service practice from a Chipotle chain restaurant before. This leads me to believe this a managerial issue and NOT corporate practice. DO NOT go to this location.

  My first impression was why are the tables and the food service counter so dirt, especially when there is no one being served. I decided to get a burrito, the server was rushing and didnt allow me to pick all the options that I wanted.when I sat down the table was also dirty, I had to wipe it down myself. The burrito was between cold and warm and was not very good, I would not recommend this location to anyone. Also to the management there is no point in responding to my review with a " reach out to us" response cause I have no intention of doing so or returning to this establishment.
