  The food quality has not improved and remains inconsistent from one visit to the next. A brand like Chipotle deserves strong, experienced leadership to maintain consistent standards. The overall environment was not welcoming, although the cleanliness was acceptable. I wasn’t impressed with the overall operation. It seems the management and operational leadership need more experience to deliver the level of quality and consistency customers expect. I hope the company invests in stronger leadership and better operational oversight.

  Food was delicious and hot with generous portions. We were accidentally overcharged by a dollar and they made it right without hesitation. All of the service was very friendly and attentive. A staff member checked with us at the table to see that our food was good and that our experience was positive- which it was.

  My husband and I visited Chipotle last night around 8pm, and immediately upon walking in we noticed multiple staff members standing around the kitchen and dining room, no customers in the store. Every table was absolutely filthy, and the ones that weren't were occupied by Chipotle staff. We were getting our orders to go anyways, but it was still very off-putting. Our food was decent, however today we woke up absolutely sick to our stomachs. Chipotle was the only thing we ate last night, and we both have the same symptoms. We immediately thought of the filthy dining room, and wondered if the food preparation stations were kept in the same condition. I would not recommend this Chipotle location. Its also a very bad look to have 4 staff standing behind the counters doing nothing, and two sitting in the dining room while it looks like a a landfill.

  We visited Chipotle Manning tonight and wow was it a disappointment. The bathrooms were not clean (urine on the toilet seat, toilet paper around the floor and coke with ice in the sink), one had a light that was burnt out rendering it pitch black. The food was below average and the garbage cans were literally overflowing. We will not return. Clearly you don’t know how to operate a food establishment.

It’s easy to create a bowl, burrito, or salad that matches your personal preferences. Even as a takeout order, the food maintained its freshness and quality, and nothing was missing from the order. The staff were professional and efficient, ensuring that customers received their meals promptly. The restaurant also appeared clean and well organized during pickup. Overall, Chipotle Mexican Grill provided a smooth and enjoyable takeout experience. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, accurate order preparation, and efficient service made this a very positive visit. I would definitely order takeout from Chipotle again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, fresh, and flavorful meal.
