  Worst experience here waited for 20 minutes no communication for uber orders and some other people picking the wrong orders and these guys wasted 20 minutes and i suggest please communicate and work accordingly

  Came with no cheese when I picked for cheese and I got NO queso sauce when I picked queso sauce. They gave me guacamole for some reason but I didn’t ask for it. I’m allergic to avocados and now I can’t even eat this. I wasted my money and want all of it back. There are better local options like Guac Mexi Grill. Don’t go to this American place. Stay Canadian.

  Soooo disappointed, we got our meals from here and the ingredients were ice cold as if they just took the guacamole, salsa and sour cream from the freezer. I told the manager and they made me another bowl but had the same problem, I literally asked to oven or microwave it but they don't have that option. Then the manager tried to justify that they have to keep the temp that cold for food safety and that I didn't get anything hot in my meal to balance the ice cold ingredients... this was sooo strange and I left it go, but my husband went back today and it was still happening so now here I am telling people to stay away from this location. Unless you want cold food with bad taste!

  The worst customer service, the women working here was so rude to us. She needs to be retrained. We clearly stated we wanted to us the app reward. After scanning the app they she did not apply the free chips we scanned. That was fine but she was rude and condescending. We asked again and she would not take responsibility for not applying the reward. When another employee came to help she denied her mistake and would not do anything to accommodate us. Please hire better employees.

  I recently visited Chipotle and had a mixed experience. The staff seemed to be rushing through my order, even though it didn’t feel particularly busy at that moment. Because of that, the process felt a bit hurried, and I didn’t get a chance to properly choose all my toppings. I was expecting to be asked about sauces and extras, but that step was skipped, so my burrito ended up quite dry. That said, I do want to mention that Kiran, the associate who helped me, was polite and kind throughout the interaction. The issue felt more like a process and environment problem than an individual one. The music and overall noise level inside the restaurant made it harder to communicate clearly, which added to the confusion during ordering. Overall, decent service, but I’d appreciate a bit more attention to customer interaction and a calmer ordering experience.
