- RMR M5 days ago2.0Guys. SLOW DOWN. You have to give people the opportunity to not only see what their options are, but communicate what they want. Very rushed ordering most times. Otherwise decent. Closing lids and wrapping burritos before even confirming final options is insane though lol.
- GMGajjar mehul5 days ago5.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a really great experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill in Edmonton. The food was fresh, delicious, and the portions were great. We really enjoyed everything we ordered and would definitely come back again. I just have one small suggestion that could make the experience even better. Since it was our first time at Chipotle, we needed a little extra time to look at the options and decide what we wanted. The ordering process felt a little fast, and before we had time to think about one option, we were already being asked about the next one. It would be wonderful if the staff could slow down just a little when they notice that a customer is visiting for the first time, and perhaps briefly explain or recommend some of the options. I think that kind of guidance would make new customers feel much more comfortable and would make an already great restaurant even better. Overall, we loved the food and had a very good experience. Definitely recommended, and we’ll be back! 🌯🥑

The last time I came I asked about ordering a quesadilla and they said I could do that online. I’m standing in line, you make quesadillas but you can’t make me one? They didn’t say, hey, just quickly submit it through the app and I’ll make it, just looked at me like I was asking for the most crazy thing. I stood in line, ordered something else and then ordered my quesadilla “online” through the app for pick up in the store. Such a horrible experience every time I come here.
- NMNancy MAug 12, 20262.0Disappointing meal today…asked my husband to order the vegetarian bowl for take out for me. Bowl was only 3/4 as full as his beef bowl. Plenty of rice and beans but hardly any vegetables. Only few green pepper and onion pieces. No guacamole at all and no lettuce, no tomatoes . So my meal was pretty bland this time.
