  Apparently, queue order is optional at Chipotle. While preparing my bowl, the attendant abruptly set it aside midway to fulfill a complete order for a customer far behind me in line, before finally returning to mine. Showing blatant favoritism and halting an order mid-prep to prioritize someone else is completely unprofessional.Guess I need to learn a specific foreign language just to get equal treatment at the counter. 🤔 ( PS : waiting for your AI generated answer )

  Ordered a side bag of chips, completely stale. Service personnel can’t seem to hear me or is incapable of understanding directions as they continued to grab the wrong thing every item I asked for. On top of that, they piled every single one of my toppings into a pile in the very middle of the bowl so I guess my sour cream queso and salsa are all now one sauce mixed together. Gross Could be a really good restaurant if they didn’t hire only temporary foreign workers

  I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle. I was served raw chicken, which is a serious food safety issue. We went back politely and asked for a refund because after seeing raw chicken, we no longer felt comfortable eating there. Instead of taking our concerns seriously, the manager argued with us and said we would just get the same chicken again if they remade it. When we asked for a refund, the manager refused to contact his supervisor, saying he didn’t want to disturb her. He told us we had to come back between 11 AM and 5 PM to speak with her. We explained we both work 14 hour shifts and don’t get off until 6 PM, but he still refused to help. To make matters worse, the manager assumed we had been drinking and told us, ‘Come talk to me when you’re sober.’ No customer should be treated that way, especially by a manager. Serving raw chicken is bad enough, but the way this was handled was even worse. I won’t be returning.

  I’ve been to Chipotle many times, and I usually love it, but this location is by far the worst I’ve visited. The problem isn’t the food—it’s the management. Employees appear to be instructed to give the absolute minimum amount of every ingredient. The portions are consistently so small that it’s hard to justify paying around $15 for a burrito, only to leave still feeling hungry. I’ve been to many other Chipotle locations, and none of them are this stingy. This doesn’t seem like an occasional mistake or an inexperienced employee—it feels like a management decision. If customers are paying full price, they should receive the same portions that Chipotle is known for. Until that changes, I can’t recommend this location.

  Its better then taco bell......but dont do soft taco the ingredients here are way way to liquid to eat in a soft taco. The tortilla ends up soggy who wants to eat soaked tortilla. The staff also dont listen when your doing the order. Say I want a steak taco and then they say yes.....then ask you what meat you want on it?......steak I already said that......and when I say just a little bit.....dont scoop a massive amount of salsa on it....I said little imagine if I said lots....wow....would be just salsa and sliver of beef. So over all.....its ok just talk loud and watch what you order if you want better "Mexican " food there are way more options in the city that are worth the time and money.
