  Portions are incredibly inconsistent, last 3 times I’ve gone though there has barely been enough included to be considered a meal. This last time was the final straw making me write this review as there was barely enough food to fill half the chicken bowl I order, and I don’t just mean the protein as there was only one scoop or rice and beans. Paying full price for half a bowl of food is ridiculous as I now still need to go out and buy a proper supper

  Ordered a burrito today and it was a disaster. The tortilla looked super large and the worker was mixing all ingredients on the tortilla which was making it look so sloppy. The other nice worker offered to put it as a burrito bowl but it was allready too late. I got home and it was a sloppy mess, cold. If there was a grill it would have helped it keep together. I had to eat it with a fork out of the wrapper all mixed up and mushy. Super disappointing.

  A real disappointment for a chain store... poor staff attitude, mediocre food, overall surprisingly dirty/messy for a relatively new location (spills, dirty tables, garbage on floor, etc), cramped space ... not very handicap friendly.

  Can we just boycott Chipotle, its honestly so cheap on portions. They don't give u a full scoop, I'm sure they get more food in prison. Also nothing anywhere states Cilantro Lime Sauce is extra! That's not transparency. Who's running this location, all I see is them trying to profit. Filthy. Will not come back. Also like how the owner just tells you to contact corporate. Lazy, can't even solve an issue yourself.

  The lady at the cashier asked me to pay the first bowl (I purchased two bowls) separately because she said that the transaction was already processed on her end. So she made me pay two times in separate transactions. After, she she made me check my bank account because she was claiming that the first payment hadn't processed. She said "can you please check if you paid?" After I showed her that the payment was already processed. She said well there you go and gave me my two bowls without a bag. I asked for a bag. And she just gave me a bag and she wanted me to put my items in there. There's no napkins, no cutlery, no good customer service. Maybe more training on customer service would be very helpful for this establishment. I am very disappointed on the service, since this was the first time that I had gone to a Chipotle restaurant.
