  7 people on the line and nobody could figure out how to make me a kids meal. There was a line behind me and everyone got to go infront while I was told to go to the back of the line and remake my meal and still have to pay for their inconvenience. It was already made just waiting for the quesadilla and the one new girl kept giving attitude talking quiet. Worst customer service by far.

  The staff is always nice and kind. Super welcoming, best hospitality I’ve ever seen. They run a tight ship and effortlessly work together as a team to get things running, especially on a busy day like today (back to school BOGO day). Me and my friend were super impressed with how quick the service was, how every employee had roles and was productive, one employee was cleaning tables as soon as people left to make room for more while also running back and forth to prepare orders. It was super impressive, I’ve never seen such a good team in my life. We are so proud.

  I've been going to this particular store since they opened. I appreciate that they have gluten and dairy free options. They never disappoint, friendly staff, fresh food, a very comfortable place to sit down to relax and enjoy a delicious meal. I love that they have a drive thru and that I can order through the app. Today they went above and beyond and I’ll definitely be back.

  Extremely frustrating experience at Chipotle. I asked for a regular adult taco meal, which somehow turned into being given a kids build-your-own meal instead. I’m not sure how that made any sense or how such a simple order became so confusing. When I got to the till and tried to have it corrected, they wanted to reuse the ingredients that had already been messed up and put into my tacos rather than simply remake the order properly. There were over six employees around the till and only two customers, yet somehow no one could sort out something as basic as an adult taco meal. At that point, we just left without any food. The whole experience was unnecessarily confusing and frustrating, and the customer service made it even worse. We definitely won’t be coming back. What a joke.

  I've been ordering from here for months and normally love this place. I've easily spent thousands of dollars at this location in the last six months alone, and in about a year I've only had four problems with my orders. Mistakes happen. That's not what this review is about. Almost all my orders are online, picked up at the to-go window. Last week I ordered a steak bowl, got home, and there was no steak in it. None. I had a dated video of the bowl and my receipt from that day, so I came in, showed them, and they made it right. No argument, no attitude. I appreciated it. While I was there for that, I ordered another bowl — steak and chicken, and I paid the extra $5 for the double meat. Got home. Chicken only. No steak again. So today I came back to the pickup window and explained it to the woman working there. She said she didn't see how there could be no steak when the order said steak. I asked if I could get the steak they'd missed. She shook her head and said she'd tell her employees to put it on next time. I asked again, and told her I paid $5 for it and was only asking for what I'd already paid for. Instead she steered me toward a side of guacamole, and that's what I walked out with. I could tell by the look on her face that she thought I was trying to rip them off. I order from here constantly. I didn't want a free meal or a refund. I wanted the steak I paid $5 extra for and didn't get. The order I got today came out perfect. The one star isn't for a forgotten ingredient. It's for being made to feel like I was a scammer.
