  First time eating at a chipotle and probably my last. I was recommended by friends to eat here. No steak available for to order so I was forced to get the chicken option. Protein serving portions was lacking and barely got any chicken. I ask the supervisor how much for extra and she said is another $5…however she was generous with the rice and gave me 3 scoop. I’m 5 hours away from a chipotle and during my visiting a couple customers came in and walked out because no steak option available.

  During my continued trips to the US, Chipotle seems to also slip my radar, finally got to try it in Canada and now I'm left wondering; is it really trash? Or just a classic case of Canada ruining American food chains. Lack of choices, Burrito assembled like a toddler was in charge, (cold cheese goes onto cold sauces instead of hot meat). Soggy tortilla. Total lack of flavor. Mucho Burrito is 10x the Burrito that this is. I'd even take Taco Bell honestly. And $17 for a burrito with Guac. Crazy.

  Had a good experience at Chipotle in South Common. The food was fresh, tasty, and filling, with a good selection of ingredients to customize your meal. I especially like being able to choose the toppings and build the bowl or burrito the way you want. The portions were generous, and everything tasted good. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere and is a convenient option for a quick and satisfying meal. Overall, a solid Chipotle location. Good food, decent portions, and plenty of choices. I’d definitely come back again when I’m in the area.

  Came here so excited to eat chipotle and was vigourously let down by the amount of protein they offered, as well as the fact that they did not offer fajita veggies. They were going way too fast to give anyone proper care or service. We found pricing to be super inconsistent and it did not make sense. I will never come back to this chipotle. Super disappointing look in the mirror chipotle

  I came in this morning, and I have to say this is by far one of the best Chipotle locations I’ve been to in Edmonton! The store was welcoming, the service was great, and we had such a positive experience from start to finish. A special shoutout to Maricel, who helped us during our visit. She was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Her great attitude and customer service really stood out and made our experience at this location even better. It’s always nice to come across someone who goes the extra mile to make sure customers are taken care of. Maricel definitely made a great impression on us, and because of the service we received, we’ll happily come back to this location again. Definitely one of my favourite Chipotle locations in Edmonton. Great food and even better customer service! Highly recommend!
