  My first time at a Chipotle restaurant. I thought this was going to be a sit down restaurant with table service type of restaurant. Its basically like a Subway restaurant. Go to the counter and order, pick the ingredients. I got a honey chicken rice bowl, some salsa chips and a pop. Came to almost $25. The food was ok. Nothing fancy. It was rice with some chicken and some toppings. Of course they have other items, like tacos, nachos, etc. But, this is just a fast food place. With high prices. Probably my first and last time there. Now I can say I've been to a Chipotle's.

  I never had Chipotle before but had a very pleasant experience at this location for my first time. It was clean, and the staff provided very good service. I appreciated how a server, AARON, was patient and accomodating. He was very knowledgeable in the menu and let me take my time ordering. Safe to say I will be back!

  I had never been to a Chipotle before, and l thought I'd give it a try tonight. The staff were very friendly, but the young man making the food kept wiping his hands on his apron. He was wearing gloves, and should have changed them. I did address the manager on duty about it. On top of that, the food table was dirty, and looked very unappetizing. I am posting this to make sure that this gets addressed and rectified. Unfortunately, my first visit will also be my last.

  I think they're still figuring things out at this new location. I don't appreciate getting home from the Chipotlane to find their food leaked all over my car seats - see pic of the bag (had the barbecoa bowl). The food good - much better than the Calgary Trail location at this point after their opening. The Chipotlane is hit and miss - got stuck behind someone for over ten minutes once, and instead of asking that party to pull into the parking lot they left the lineup waiting. I'll update this review if things improve over time. I'm a big Chipotle fan. Room for improvement here - not nearly as professional as the Ellerslie location, but so far better than Calgary Trail (that's a pretty low bar).

  I purchased an entree on Thursday and was given a buy-one-get-one-free coupon with my order. At the time, I was told the coupon was valid until April 29, 2026, which is also clearly stated in the fine print on the coupon itself. When I went to this same location today to redeem it, I was informed that it was only valid after 3pm yesterday for the Oilers game, and staff refused to honour it. This was never disclosed when the coupon was issued and directly contradicts the printed expiry date and other conditions on the coupon. Refusing to honor a coupon under terms that were not communicated at all and directly go against what is written on the coupon itself is misleading and deceitful…
