- UGUpgrade Guy6 days ago1.0The portion control here is embarrassing I think I got 3 shreds of cheese on my bowl. I think their managers teach them to take a normal scoop then shake 50% off after. It’s better to get return customers and give a chipotle amount then lose that. This place is just mucho burrito now.

- DCDaniel CorbiereJul 29, 20262.0Got there at lunch hour, so you’d think they’d be prepared; nope. Guy taking my order was rude, asked me the same question 3 times. When I told him I wanted steak, he looked annoyed because they had none ready. Pretty clearly rolled his eyes at me and then proceeded to mumble. When I asked him to repeat himself he told me “just go sit and we will tell you when we have steak, ok?” Whatever… I go sit down. Tables are filthy and have streaks all over them. As I monitor the employees, you can see the cook pacing around looking completely unenthusiastic, while two female employees sit around waiting to be passed a task. It’s a miracle to me that this location even runs and manages to make enough to stay open considering their subpar service, attitude and lack of communication skills. Whoever is the franchise owner of this store would do well to invest in either a new set of employees, or remedial training for customer service for his/her existing employees. You’d also do well to hire a cleaning staff. Chipotle isn’t your run of the mill fast food, it essentially blends a sit down restaurant environment with the convenience of fast food that should be a notch above say a McDonald’s in terms of quality, and taste. There is however nothing enjoyable about coming to this location, nor is it convenient, or worth the absorbent amount of money. As I sat and waited for my steak, I watched the male and female employee whisper, laugh and make jokes while ultimately doing nothing, but stand around.
