- JJJonathanSep 21, 20261.0I’ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A for some time and had recently been praising how much this location has improved over the past year, which makes today’s experience particularly disappointing. The young lady taking our Drive-Thru order was excellent. Unfortunately, the manager or supervisor assisting her was the complete opposite. Whenever the pretzel bun has been available as a promotional option, I’ve routinely been able to pay the additional charge to substitute it on a regular chicken sandwich. Today, this person adamantly insisted that it could not be done and was unnecessarily rude about it. In the end, they did it, confirming that it was entirely possible. Mistakes happen, but the attitude was the real problem. It was completely at odds with the friendly, accommodating “my pleasure” service Chick-fil-A is known for. Management should identify who was involved and provide some retraining, both on what customers can actually order and on how customers should be treated. It’s unfortunate that one employee can undermine so much of the improvement I’ve seen at this location over the past year. An experience like this genuinely makes me question whether I want to return.
