  We have a great experience every time we come here from the food to the atmosphere and service. So much so that it was my daughter’s request for her birthday. Our server Dina made it extra special as it was a couple days before her birthday but they brought a special birthday treat and sung their song, they made it so fun! Totally recommend, great for families especially.

  We came in with moderate expectations and were very pleasantly surprised at the overall experience of Bubba Gump Shrimp! Our server, Lyn, was fantastic and very attentive. The food was excellent quality and generous portions, and served very hot and fresh. The atmosphere was very inviting also. We were all quite impressed with this location and will definitely be back!

  a little skeptical at first. I haven’t been here in years and we showed up at 7 and it was dead. That was a cause for concern immediately, we sat down and a new employee, Brooke, helped us out immediately! She was very sweet! We ordered the food, it came out fast and to be honest, I was expecting sub par food. It showed up and the portions were massive! Still skeptical at this point for the quality but to my surprise (and everyone else I was with) it was really really good! Overall, the prices were good, the food tasted good, and we were super full. The sign was sticky though lol

  The place was totally empty for dinner time, which definitely tells you it isn't the place to be. Even with nobody there, the service was hella slow. Since it was so dead, there was obviously no rush, but the wait was still long. I ordered a Caesar that was pretty mediocre. For the main, I had the Shrimper's Heaven, which is a mix of fried, coconut, and tempura shrimp with fries. The coconut shrimp was probably the best part of the meal, especially with the Cajun marmalade, which was actually great. The other sauces weren't it, though. The tempura sauce was not good and the cocktail sauce was just meh. To make matters worse, the food wasn't even hot when it came out of the kitchen, it was just lukewarm, and the French fries tasted stale. On the plus side, the place is very, very clean and the service was really friendly. It is just hard to get past cold food and stale fries in an empty restaurant.
