I would put them at one step up from Taco Bell, but at par with chipotle... There is nothing really authentic about this spot. I only have the one pic bc really it was disappointing.. at least they could have put efforts into the churros and not call them churro chips when they were literally just like bread fried with some cinnamon on them. Don't call yourself a Mexican restaurant at that point. Two people with one shot of tequila was 84$ with tip. I'd rather go support the small business and get some authentic food. I was up all night it didn't sit well. Fries should not be a side dish either... Do a corn, or rice or something that came from anything Latin culture. Also, change the music please.

When he couldn't get out some out, instead of using a fork or spoon, he proceeded to us his finger, to get some out. Then when handing us the spoon for the Guacamole, he grabbed it my the part we scoop with with instead of the other end. My mom and I were not pleased. I do want to say, we have never had a problem before with Blanco. But this time, we definitely did not like/enjoy that at all. ...

Whether it’s their house-made chips and salsa, fresh guacamole, or flavorful tacos, the kitchen clearly takes real pride in what they do. The drink menu is equally impressive—crisp, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. What truly elevated our entire visit from great to unforgettable, however, was our server, Kailey. Kailey provided some of the best service we’ve had anywhere in a very long time. She greeted us with a warm, genuine smile, walked us through the menu with spot-on recommendations, and paced our meal flawlessly. Despite how busy the restaurant was, she never once made us feel rushed. She was attentive without hovering, kept our drinks topped up, and checked in at just the right moments to ensure every detail was right. Her positive energy and professionalism made our whole table feel genuinely valued and taken care of. It’s rare to find a place where the food, the ambiance, and the front-of-house service all fire on all cylinders at the exact same time, but Blanco Cantina nails it. Make sure to ask for Kailey when you visit—she is a true credit to the team.
