  I recently had what I can honestly describe as a life-changing experience at Arby’s, and I have one employee in particular, John, to thank for it. From the moment I walked in, John was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient. He went above and beyond to help me choose what to order and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. What stood out most was how genuinely helpful he was. His attitude and customer service were phenomenal, and he treated me with a level of respect and kindness that you don’t always experience. It may have seemed like a simple interaction to him, but it genuinely made a lasting impression on me. John is an amazing employee and an even better person. Arby’s is lucky to have someone like him representing the company. I truly appreciate the experience he gave me, and I hope his hard work and kindness are recognized.

  How I wish I took photos of my food, but I haven't been to Arby's in YEARS. It was a place my Dad used to love going to back in the 90's, so Arby's had a very nostalgic vibe for me. A friend and I went here and I ordered the beef and cheddar combo #1. The sandwich was still as yummy as I remember. The fries I could have done without. They were not as tasty, but my opinion only and nothing worth complaining about. The sandwich was really good. You still get enough meat, a good serving of cheese and was delicious for a fast food item. The staff was super friendly. I didn't get his name, but he was helpful, polite and had a friendly face. The other lady who said the food was ready was really nice too. There wasn't many people at the time we went, and lots of the staff were cleaning and ensuring the restaurant was nice and tidy. That was nice to see. My appetite would come back again for sure. My booty may not, as it is calories I could do without. Perhaps when I go want to treat myself to some old school food, I will come back! :) Thank you!

  I love Arbys, they really cheaped out on their fake cheese sauce this time tho, it almost made me choke on my sandwich. Oh and bring back the Arby-Q!!

  I was not too impressed with the service. When I went through the drive thru, it took me repeating my order 11 times before the lady on the other end figured it out. I figured maybe she was having a bad day so didn't really think too much about it. When I went to pay, She asked what sauces I wanted, I asked for Horseradish and she gave me a weird look and asked me again. I had to repeat this 6 times to her. Finally she said ok and then told me I need to drive to the front door since they need to make one thing of fries. I asked why since there is no one behind me and fries only takes about a minute to cook. She made a rude comment. When I finally got my food and left, I looked in the bag and saw she never gave me any horseradish. Just Arby sauce. Plus the fries all tasted like the fryer oil went bad and needs to be replaced badly. I will not be going there again.
