  These place is a bad place to go if you are looking for Arby’s, if you are looking for the cheapest tiny little sandwich then it’s ok

  The menus were screens but they didn't change every 10 seconds! The service was friendly and untrusted, so I felt like a person and not just a number.

  The staff was very friendly and personable. Unfortunately the food was not as enjoyable. The fries and soda were good, the Philly sandwich wasn't great at all. Salty and very little peppers/onion on it, though the picture shows a nice amount. The triple cheese sandwich was also salty and underwhelming. Our first Arby's experience, and our last.

  I honestly can’t believe that I am currently typing this review. I came to this Arby’s location to order lunch for my staff. Instead of the usual drive thru “hello, welcome to Arby’s, can I take your order please?” I was greeted with a very rude and short “what can I get you?” As if she hated her job, was having a bad day or otherwise didn’t want to be there. I ignored that and continued with the order. Throughout the order the agent Juliana kept interrupting and getting the details mixed up to which I kept clarifying. At the end of the order I was met with “ok are you done?” As if I had caused an inconvenience to her by having to correct her multiple mistakes. I exited the drive through and went inside to speak to the manager. The drive thru attendant Julianna and her co-worker Jenna thought it was hilarious that I was in there. They were laughing as if having zero customer service was acceptable. (Maybe it is for this location?) I spoke to the manager Conica who also seemed to be amused that someone would be concerned with even an ounce of a basic level of customer service not being displayed. Then I got accused of being a racist because they were people of color. I have been married to a person of color for over a decade. Racism has nothing to do with showing an ounce of customer service. Is the standard defence now when someone of color gets called out? Even when I asked the manager how to spell her name I was met with “oh you don’t know how to spell Conica?” I spelled it out how I thought it would be spelled. My apologies for asking for confirmation. Is that with a C or a K? And is it Conika? Or Konica? I guess wearing a name tag is optional for the manager. I used to frequent this location. That stops now. If this is the type of experience that I have to deal with for a simple lunch, there are plenty of other options around the area to choose from.
