  Gave my order away to a stranger. Didn't even offer me anything for the extra wait. All they could do was at sorry.

  The food was really disappointing. I used to love Arby’s. The bun was dry and the iced tea was watered down. Charging extra for a bag is stupid and rude.

  Food has been not very warm - certainly not a food safe temp with the burgers the last couple times we have went. Fries are hot, but beef is not. Husband has stomach issues after going there the past 3 times. No more Arby’s for us

  Ordered a Beef ’n Cheddar and curly fries. Somehow the cheddar was forgotten on the Beef ’n Cheddar, which feels like forgetting a fairly critical part of the assignment. The curly fries were also cold. As the famous Simpsons quote goes: “I’m so hungry I could eat at Arby’s.” Well, apparently even that level of hunger wouldn’t have helped tonight

  Almost everything about my order was good. Crispy crinkle fries paired great with the Arby's sauce. The bun was soft and yeasty, and the lettuce was crunchy. The buffalo sauce and ranch went really well together. But the chicken was horrible. Arby's needs a better supplier of chicken, because the greasy slabs of connective tissue I had under a decent breading were awful. This is not the first time the chicken has been the let-down of the whole deal. Arby's, get yourself a better supplier of chicken, and if they don't, everybody do yourself a favour and get chicken somewhere else.
