  Got the three cheese and ham sandwich which turned out to be roast beef with half a bacon and a sprinkle of cheese in the middle that fell out the side, I was very disappointed because the only reason I ever go to arbys was for thier ham and Swiss that they discontinued. Also got the reuben and for the first half of the sandwich I didnt know there was even sauce on it until the last half where is was splattered at the crust and paper wrap but none on the actual sandwich. I did like the banana dream though

  If there were an option for zero stars, I would choose it. Yesterday at around 8:15 PM, we visited Arby’s in Mill Woods. There was a lineup, and while waiting to place our order, we needed to use the restroom. We asked for the bathroom key, and the employee at the counter checked with another staff member, who said the restroom was “out of order.” What concerns me is that there was a sign stating that customers must order before using the restroom. Since we were still waiting in line and had not yet ordered, I am left wondering whether the restroom was actually out of order or whether we were denied access because we had not purchased anything yet. If the restroom was truly out of order, how were customers dining in supposed to use a washroom if needed? Restaurants with dine-in service should ensure that restroom facilities are available or provide an alternative solution when they are not. The experience was disappointing, and I hope management looks into what happened and clarifies the situation with the staff. Based on this experience, I was not impressed. So we left and look for another food chain to order our food.

  Happen to come to this area because of an appointment. Normally love the food and it's always the place I look forward to when I visit the area. Store was supposed to open at 10 am. Came at 10:10am and the store was still locked. Ended going elsewhere.

  I paid almost $15 for a beef and cheddar that should’ve been five bucks today i’m not impressed at all. I ordered half a pound. Pathetic I’ll never be back and I like Arby’s but they have gone downhill drastically.

  Today was my first time going to an Arby’s, and I was very pleased with the entire experience. I ordered the half pound French dip and it did not disappoint. You get a good amount of meat inside the sandwiches for a price that’s very hard to beat. The establishment is clean and well kept from what I’ve seen, and the service was top notch as well. This will be a place I will return to fairly often.
