Food was awesome. But our service and experience took a major hit as we were ignored for a long time after our initial meet with our server (I think she forgot about us). Once she finally took our order, our appetizer ended up showing up before our drinks. From the time we ordered to when we received our drinks was no less than 15min. Our food showed up and was great. No one checked on us after that for a long time until finally my wife asked for the bill. We were never asked for a drink refill, there was very little care for us and our experience (which was really too bad since the food is great). Even when we walked in, the hostess was extremely unwelcoming, and there was not hostess even present at the front as we left. Really really too bad.

Requested a standard table as opposed to a high top when making reservation. When we arrived there was mass confusion of upstairs or downstairs, so up we went then down we went, with 3 different servers before we even got to the table they finally wanted to sit us at, which ended up being a high top. Not sure of the role of the fellow who we finally talked to and mentioned again the we booked for a standard not high top table, he they said “well I’m showing you what we have available, so not sure why given a choice when booking. Been there before a few times and loved it but this time the service was disorganized, & disrespectful to say the least.

I was here on Wednesday, June 24. The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious! What really keeps me coming back is the great service! Carmen (I think that's her name - she looks East Asian) was friendly, polite, and super knowledgeable about the menu and food! Not only did she tell us about the happy hour specials (which we did not know about) but she also made sure that we understood the salsa sampler platter (which we did not - the person who delivered our salsa sampler did not explain anything). She was quick to provide assistance and answer questions!

My partner and I, spontaneously went to check out this place. 1000/10 made our night. The fella that was our server helped us find items on the menu that are celiac ( flour in the kitchen) and pescatarian safe. The ambiance of the restaurant was welcoming and perfectspot to catch up with familyor friends. Both our dishes were remarkable. Shout out to the chefs for creating a legendary menu. Out of Luna Mexican and Julio's Barrio Mexican restaurant. Añejo restaurant is the best for price, expensive and quality of items.
Thank you for continuing to make the brewery area proud.

This place should be a favourite. The location is great, the sunroof patio is one of the best in the city, and it's always packed. I wanted to love it.
The margaritas are bad. I tried the classic and the blood orange. They were $16 each and there wasn't even a hint of freshness to them. I know they were poured from a premix bottle; there wasn't even a hint of fresh lime. The sangria was the same story. I was told that the Paloma was good.
The food is hit and miss. The quesabirria was delicious but portions so small it barely registers as a dish. The shrimp was well done. The accompanying corn tasted like canned, overly sweet with no acid, salt or spice. The rice was really terrible; the person I was dining with didn't even eat more then one bite. The queso arrived cold and unmelted - it's literally melted cheese!
Service was stretched way too thin. We ordered guacamole and never received it. The response was they would take it off the bill. No apology. We sat for half an hour after our meal and nobody offered dessert, so we left without ordering any.
I'll go back for the patio, the quesabirria and a beer. But if I want Mexican food, there are so many better restaurants in the city!
